We were blown away with the scavenger hunt. Such a sweet touch from the owners. Thank you thank you. The house had everything we could possibly need from coffee pods to a “just in case” box with things we might have forgotten. Beds were super comfy and the bedding was soft. Having three full bathrooms was perfect for our three families.The kids bunk room felt magical and the pool with the water slide, hot tub, and BBQ was over the top amazing. The large kitchen and comfy sectional were great for hanging out and cooking together in between our trips to Disneyland.This was our first time really using Lyft ride share and it was awesome. We could get a quick 7 ride right to Disneyland and be dropped off at our convenience. We planned to walk at first but once we found this option it was too easy and affordable not to use.The neighborhood was clean and quiet and the driveway had plenty of space for our two cars. Thank you for such a great stay. We plan to come again.

Very nice property with beautiful pool. Very convenient to Disneyland. We had seven people in our group. Five adults and two teenagers. The house had everything you needed. Will definitely look for this house on our next trip.

This house was referred to me by a friend in Eugene, Oregon. It was as amazing as she said it would be!The house accommodated our group of 7 with plenty of room to spare. Our grandkids (ages 8 & 5) truly would have been okay to skip the theme parks and stay at the house to play and swim. Andrew and Lindsay thought of everything to make our stay amazing. The communication from the start of our booking to the end was great. If I could give any advice it is to make sure you plan a day to spend time to enjoy this house and all its amenities for your family to rest, relax and recover from your theme park adventures. We all felt like we were in our home away from home. We look forward to booking this home again!Tori and Mike

Everything was simply perfect! The host was very responsive and was always making sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. This was a perfect place for our families to spend time together and everyone enjoyed their stay. The house felt so homey we wish we could have stayed longer! The house was very close to Disney land. It was about a 15-20 min walk. There is a bus stop close by but was not ver reliable. We ended taking uber/lifts. The host was kind enough to let us borrow a booster for our child. As many other reviews have mentioned, the treasure hunt in the house that the host provided was very clever and the treasure at the end was so thoughtful that everyone could enjoy! Would recommend this house 10000/10.

Wonderful house and wonderful service

This house was exactly as described!! Our family loved the pool and all the accommodations were great. Best of all was the service from the property manager. He was SO attentive, we even had a little trouble with the AC on the 4th of July and within an hour he had someone there and it worked like a charm after that. I couldn't say enough about how pleased we were. I highly recommend this place to others visiting the area.

Fabulous! My main concern is always cleanliness and this home was exceptionally clean. Truly going above and beyond! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is super close to Disney. The themed house is SO cute and so well thought out… the water slide was a blast! Andrew, the owner, is A-W-E-S-O-M-E! Thank you for hosting us, we had a wonderful trip and look forward to seeing Pizza Planet!!

Excellent option for house near disney

Great house. Very well stocked. Just buy food/drinks and nothing else. From plenty of dishes/pans/spices, everything is there Pool was so much fun. A touch smaller than the pictures, but it was not a negative at all as we enjoyed it greatly Easy walk to Disney. Tons of fun. Definitely, definitely worth the extra expense compared to cheaper homes.

As advertised

This house was spotlessly clean and conveniently located near the Disneyland entrance, making it ideal for families with young children. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing valuable recommendations and adding a few special touches to make the stay truly memorable for the kids. In the afternoon, the pool provided a refreshing escape from the park, while the proximity of the rental offered a convenient place to recharge before returning to Disneyland in the evenings.

Great vacation

Stayed recently with two families. Great overall property and experience. Highlights are the pool area, themed rooms and proximity to Disneyland (you can walk, but we would take a short Uber daily).

Disney theme and great location makes for a great holiday stay!

The location to Disney cannot be beat with this house! The house was well appointed and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Cute theme rooms although a bit on the small size ( are those really queen beds or full?) The master en suite is really really small but quite nicely refurbished. Pool area is top notch and the game room is a nice surprise. Overall a lovely home with a great walking location to Disneyland!

Amazing Disney house!

We just had the BEST time at this house! Everything was themed and so clean. The hosts had so many fun surprises for us, and they had literally thought of everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. It's super close to Disney-- it was a 7 minute drive to the parking lot. The pool was tons of fun, the outdoor eating area was lovely, and there was a huge driveway for parking our vans. Our hosts were always very responsive to texting and were super accommodating. We would totally stay there again, and highly recommend it!

Great memories for Three-Generations

We were thrilled to find a home within walking distance of Disneyland for ourselves , children and grandchildren . This home really enhanced our experience in many ways. There was ample comfortable beds and bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen . Our grandchildren are 4, 6 and 8 and being able to fix simple meals in between Disney visits saved time and money and was more nutritious. The pool with slide and hot tub were amazing and used every single day ! The children couldn’t wait to swim and we felt safe knowing the optional fence , door jam and door alarm were in place . As far as walking to Disneyland , it is about a mile walk because the house is on the side of the Mickey Mouse parking lot which you have to walk around . Some days we walked and other days we parked and took the tram into the theme parks . I appreciated the easy access to the hosts that answered my many questions in real time . The Peter Pan room is amazing and the grandchildren loved it . That being said , there is a concrete floor with high bunk beds .. an adventure for the kids feeling they were truly in a tree house , so they were highly supervised in this room including during the night because they all love climbing . We are planning to return to this Happiest House and truly felt that the house for comfort , access to Disneyland and fun factor exceeded our expectations !! Did I mention the Arcade in the garage !!!

Amazing stay, amazing hosts, incredible experience

First and foremost Andrew is an absolutely incredible host. I’ve been a host myself for 10 years and when traveling I always prefer to stay in a rented home instead of a hotel. Without a doubt Andrew is the best host we’ve stayed with. He was very responsive and communicative, but also very thorough and accommodating. He checked in with us in very thoughtful and considerate ways. The house instructions were very clear, helpful and to the point. Everything you needed to know was there and easy to find out given their organization of their welcome booklet. The house is exactly as pictured. The backyard is great. The pool was a blast for the kids. The house was immaculately cleaned and cared for. The thematic rooms were also a huge hit for the kids. Truly, it was a wonderful stay all around. We loved the location too because it was close enough to Disneyland and everything, but gave us enough space to be away from the crowds. Thanks for a wonderful stay Andrew and for opening up your beautiful home for our family trip.

Great place - very close to Disney

We would definitely stay here again. The place is close enough to walk to Disney and the driveway is big enough for a few cars. Very clean and great communication from the host.

Birthday Disney Stay

Our stay at this house was perfect. Andrew and Lindsey have thought of everything.While the location is technically walkable to the parks, it is also an easy ride share away and we found that easier at the end of the day.

Truly the HAPPIEST HOUSE ON EARTH

Don’t pass this up! Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous backyard, comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Only a 15 minute walk to downtown Disney where you can board the monorail into the park. We can’t wait to return!

Fabulous time!

This house was perfect for our family of 10. We had 5 adults and 5 children. The kids loved being able to sleep altogether in the Neverland room. Each couple, family had their own bathroom. Plenty of room. Very clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. The host, Andrew was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing Disney Vacation!

Wonderful location, walking distance to Disney in a quiet neighborhood. Kids absolutely loved the pool! They also loved the different theme rooms and the kids scavenger hunt! Hosts were great in terms of communication. Highly recommend!

Disneyland

This house was amazing. First off they gave us an early checkin which was great. Very quite neighborhood with little to no traffic. The walk to Disneyland was very safe and lite up at night took less then twenty minutes. The house was very clean and well stocks with everything you will need. I had taken extra supplies that we didn’t touch. The decor was amazing with each room having a Disney them. The lost boy bunk room was a big hit with the kids along with the game room. The swimming was also a big hit. Waterslide, spa and shallow kid pool. For a small fee the pool can be heated which was so worth it. The scavenger hit was so well thought out with a great treasure chest filled with surprises. Be sure and do it before heading to the park. I could go on and on. Great place to stay for a large group. If you decide to Uber it was like 10.00 one way. Cheaper then parking.

Amazing house and pool!

Wow! This house was wonderful with attention to details around every corner. The hosts were incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. We all appreciated the amazing Disney references (including a Mary Poppins measuring tape to see if you were tall enough for the Disney rides) and fun scavenger hunt! The pool and game room were out of this world. The kitchen and living room were beautiful. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Family Get Together

We gathered together from three different states for a fabulous week at your wonderful home! It was perfect for us & had everything we needed and more! We spent the majority of our time in the pool & the slide made it even more fun! The kitchen was well organized making it a breeze to cook. The bedrooms were clean & comfortable. We had fun going on the treasure hunt, and finding the ‘treasure’ brought smiles to us all. The home is close to restaurants and stores. And of course, we spent time at Disney! The owner was great to communicate with and readily available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for helping us to have a memorable vacation!
