Property was fantastic. Well-stocked kitchen, nice pool/hot tub, lots of towels and very nicely set up. A lot of care and thought has gone into this property. We appreciated the Christmas tree for the holiday season. Mattresses were not very comfortable, but other than that it was a great property and stay.

The host for this property is great! Always there to help if needed. We were able to get a hassle free early check in and the house was clean and comfortably stocked with everything we needed. This home has an amazing location in a good, quiet neighborhood. I will look for this host and rental company every time we come out this way. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything was very clean, amenities provided were fantastic & well thought out (the stroller came in super handy when our daughter fell ill & we unexpectedly had to stroll her around the parks most of the day), & the layout of the house was absolutely perfect for our multi-family vacation!! We loved that we all had our own spaces, but also plenty of space to gather. The distance to Disney was walkable for us (takes about 25-30 mins to get from the house to the main gates), but also an inexpensive Uber away if you're in a hurry or just don't feel up to the walk. The pool and spa are wonderful, as is the game room, although we really did not get the chance to take advantage of these amenities too much since we were at Disneyland most of the time.The negatives are minor and not the host's fault, but should be considered when deciding whether to book: the slider alarm is exceptionally annoying, particularly is you are with people who don't remember to push the bypass button every time they go in and out. For safety and liability, it is a must-have set up and we understood that. The 10pm-9am cutoff for all outdoor and game room (garage) activity was a huge bummer, since most of our time spent in the house was before 9am and after 10pm. Again, we realize this has to do with the City of Anaheim and not the host. We are so glad we chose this place and will definitely book it for future Disney trips. A million times better than if we'd all booked our own hotel rooms!

Family gathering

From Alabama, Arizona and California. Gathered for family visit. House had lots of room for our 13 people. Pool was great. The neighborhood was extremely loud on the 4th of July. While no fireworks were allowed on the property the neighborhood sounded like a war zone. Otherwize perfect.

The house was nice and spacious. The pool table was a nice touch. Loved the backyard was just a bummer that we could be out there at night and the alarm on the door was a bit much. All the verification for renting was also a little picu

Location, awesome pool and lots of room

We enjoyed our stay at this location! We loved the backyard and spent hours in the pool. The Disneyland entrance is just over 1 mile away. There was plenty of room for our group of 14. The unit could have been cleaned better before we arrived. There were cobwebs in the corners, especially the bathrooms. The floor was sandy and the dishwasher was not very clean. Most of the beds were fine, but one of the master suite beds was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs a new mattress. Even with those drawbacks we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would consider staying at this location again.

Super Spacious and Excellent Location!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anaheim! The house had plenty of room for the 13 of us, and we were able to WALK to Disneyland! The beautiful pool and hot tub got lots of use. I would definitely recommend this location for families who want a quiet neighborhood to stay in near all sorts of restaurants and Disneyland!

Clean property close to Disney

Our family of 10 stayed here the April 9th-12th and everyone was very happy with the location in proximity to Disneyland. It was also very clean! We all enjoyed the overall space as it accommodated everyones sleeping needs well! The pool and hot tub were also great as the outside temps were in the 80’s. We did encounter some issues with the property which included unsafe wobbly bunk beds, broken dishwasher, bbq ignition broken, one bathroom faucet broken, and cold water issues with kitchen sink. The property management fixed the unsafe bunk bed wobble the next day after we arrived, but everything else was not addressed. They did provide a late check out of 1pm for us which was helpful for our large group.

Spacious Home

The place was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we hoped for, including pool, hot tub, master ensuites and all the kitchen items. Very close to Disney Land and centralized in the city. Check in and out was simple as well. Thanks for the memories.

Happy First Timers

We are frequent visitors to Anaheim but always use hotels. This was a much better experience for us. The walk to the park wasn’t bad. The house is spacious. Would definitely book again. Strollers and coffee pot could be better.

Works for some groups

We stay at VRBOs whenever possible and love finding hidden gems to share. This review is focused solely on the house and neighborhood—not the city or the crazy local ordinances. As visitors from outside California, it’s tough to understand why they seem to limit people from fully enjoying the beauty of nature—but that’s California.Knowing what we were getting into and coming with a purpose, this house worked for our group since we were out most of the time. With a little maintenance and attention to detail, it could easily be a 5-star property.A few things to know:NO MUSIC ALLOWED-EVER. Even during the day, um not quiet hours..If you plan to spend a lot of time at the house, you might want to look outside Anaheim where there’s more freedom and space.To make it a 5-star:1-Dining chairs are worn down to the wood, no cushion left—just the frame.2-The house is covered in stern notices about fines (e.g., no food down the disposal, only TP in toilets)—very unwelcoming. Understand the notices but stern fines everywhere.3-TV remotes aren’t in the rooms; you have to collect them from around the house. Pain factor4-The smoke alarm went off 3 times just cooking two eggs—no smoke at all.5-The living room feels empty—no throw blankets, no side tables, nothing cozy.No dressers, so expect to live out of your suitcase.The house does the job, especially if you’re walking to Disney, but it needs TLC and unfortunately does not feel welcoming.

Very roomy and close to everything

We stayed with extended family for a cheer competition at the Anaheim Convention Center, and time at Disneyland. We had six adults and one teen and had plenty of room. The backyard is an oasis with the newer pool and hot tub. We enjoyed walking to the nearby amenities. The game room was a bonus used every night. We will definitely stay here again!
