The home is absolutely beautiful. The pool and hot tub were a hit after along day at Disneyland. The neighborhood was clean and quiet.Loved the game room in the garage that was also a big hit for the kids.The home was very clean, plenty of towels and full kitchen! I will definitely be booking again .

The house is perfectly located about a 10 minute drive from Disneyland, with a lot of great restaurants and a grocery store within easy driving distance. It is showing its age a bit, however; the AC doesn’t really penetrate the whole house. The upstairs bedrooms and the living room/kitchen downstairs get plenty cool, but the three downstairs bedrooms struggle to cool off at night, and there was no AC in the game room (converted garage) at all.One other issue is the step down from the upstairs landing into the living area. Or, more accurately, the fact that you can’t see that it’s a step, as you can tell from the attached picture. Three of the adults and one child staying with us slipped and fell off that step, because it was impossible to make a visual distinction between the step and the floor as you’re going to the living room from the garage or upstairs. The pool alarm was another source of fun. There were instructions on how to use it, but the button to override it on the inside was so worn down from use that it was hard to find on the alarm unit using the given instructions. There was also no inside separation of recycling vs. garbage, so it was hard to handle that during the week we were there.When you add to all that the bewildering multi-page instruction manual for how to do literally every single thing that happens in the house, and the massive hotel-style posters illustrating the house rules in the living room, the house felt a lot more like work at times than

House is located near Disney. However it’s not in a very nice neighborhood. Very old. A lot of rules as well and extremely long process for check in and check out. Paying a cleaning fee to do 60% of the cleaning yourself as there’s a long check out list. Pool was not as warm as we anticipated.

Great location with pool

Our group was in the area for a hockey camp so this was a very convenient place to stay, close to The RINKS Anaheim Ice. Ther pool and hot tub were enjoyed and the fragrant lemon tree was a welcome perk!

RULES, RULES, RULES, and more RULES!!!

How can one relax on vacation with rules FRAMED everywhere you look! Did I mention the 16 page contract?!?!! Most uncomfortable, unwelcoming place I’ve ever stayed. Terrible experience! Will never book with Anaheim Vacation House ever again.

Good place to stay for all ages.

This year we took our family to Disneyland for Christmas. Our group included our five kids and their partners; 10 of us in total. The house was clean and comfortably accommodated everyone, and there was even enough table space for all of us at mealtimes. The beds were comfortable and they even had set up a Christmas tree. It’s a quick Uber ride to Disneyland. The only downsides to our stay was that the hot tub malfunctioned and we were looking forward to a soak after a long day. The do require you to wash all your towels, which is kind-of a pain, so be aware of that. Overall, I would recommend this house and I would stay there again.

Close to the Parks, Tons of space, Perfect for families

We drove 8hrs to get to this location, and as soon as we entered we felt like we were at home. It was a beautiful home, very spacious. We didn't get to use the pool/spa because we were at the Parks all day, but it was heated to a very nice temp. I had arrived a bit earlier than expected and we were able to communicate with LaDonna and check in sooner which was great. All communications were promptly responded to so we were able to get to relax mode quickly. Large enough kitchen for cooking and the garage playroom was an hit. As far as location its very quiet area with the exception of the fireworks from the park. As close as it was, taking an Uber was a better deal than driving and parking. This is a fantastic alternative to a hotel and we will be back.

Great Location

The location of this property was amazing! 6 minutes to disney parking garage and 9 minutes to the rideshare drop off area. The house had a lot of space for our family and the loft area was great for the kids. The house is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again.

Multi generational Disney trip

We had a Disney trip with our adult children and 2 grandchildren. The house was a perfect alternative to a hotel especially because we could get the kids to bed then relax in the hot tub. With the city rules we did come in by 10, but we would have enjoyed staying out longer. The city rules are what they are. The rules of the house felt like a lot but they actually made everything clear and straightforward. The beds were comfortable and having King beds in 3 rooms was a plus. The kitchen was very usable with any needed items.

Anaheim trip

The space in the property was great for a family of 5 and the pool was just what was needed after some busy days. The alarm on the main door to the pool was a little frustrating as it meant my 8 yr old needed someone to open the door for her each time but I understand why the alarm was needed. Great location for visuting Dusney.

Great location and outdoor pool

Property was dated, especially the flooring, however everything was clean and comfortable. Pool and amenities were perfect. Great back yard! Very close to park and very easy access. I would rent again and would recommend to others with kids/ grandkids

Excellent stay

This property was a total delight. Everything was as stated on the VRBO site. Plenty of room. Wonderful garage filled with pool table ping pong and foosball. Our only regret was not being able to enjoy the property more because we were at Disney which we were delighted that we were back and forth so easily because of our close proximity. Very quiet neighborhood right off a major street. Grocery nearby. Furnishings in top notch condition. Beds, bedding, towels were all plentiful. Thank you!! We will return!!!

Great stay!

Stayed here with 2 families over 4th of July, great set up for families and kids bunked in the loft together, leaving plenty of space for adults. Couldn’t get any closer to Disneyland so that was convenient! Pool and outside setup were perfect for us.
