We had an amazing stay for our Disney trip! The property was absolutely perfect—clean, spacious, and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It was so close to Disney, which made getting to and from the parks incredibly easy. There were plenty of rooms for everyone, and everything was well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book again

We enjoyed the proximity to Disneyland and our family in Garden Grove, the hot tub was a life saver after all day walking in Disneyland. The beds very comfortable and plenty of room for our family. The host was very accommodating and communicated timely. The price is very reasonable confidential the above!

The house has seen some wear, but we were reasonably comfortable. My biggest concern was the lights dimmed when we used the microwave or hotpot. Wiring issues for sure. It took 4 days for the hot tub to heat up to a usable temperature, but we enjoyed it the last 2 days of our week long stay.

Negative.. a lot of Plugs don't work not enough lighting in rooms. Shower you have to hold sprayer to shower. Only 1 dryer works. Waffle maker handle broken cut myself sharp. Lights keep going off. Restrooms so small. No drawers to put clothes. Bunk beds mattress hard. Microwave takes 5 minutes to 1 minutes of cooking not enough power in the whole house. Rooms very tight space. Very outdated. Positive quiet. Large open space living kitchen and dining. Nice hot tub.

Great place to stay. Although microwave doesn’t work properly and the oven takes forever to heat up. Once those issues are fixed it will be a perfect place for a family to enjoy a Disney vacation

Chapman Graduation Weekend

The property is well-maintained. It’s clean, organize, neat and a big property. It has lots of room for all my adults children. My family and I had enjoyed swimming in the decent sized of pool. There are lots of cleaned towels and blankets. The garage is big enough for two cars. The garage has two washing machines and two dryers. The garage is filled with children’s equipments like strollers and car seats. I would highly recommend this property for tourists and vacationers.

We loved everything about this property, but found it a bit dirty. The space is large and fit our group perfectly, but the bedding didn't seem like it had been changed.

Pool..?

Rented this property for the private pool but it was a ice cube and the landlord refused to heat it at all making it useless. There is NO pool... only ice pond. If your a gymrat it is exactly perfect.

Overpriced for the offerings

While adequate for 5 adults, the price was expensive when so many amenities were unusable. The landscaping seems to be maintained, but why advertise an unheated swimming pool with an unusable diving board, and a disgusting hot tub that is clearly not maintained as amenities? Perhaps the owner isnt aware but should be. I own a hot tub which is maintained weekly and it has never looked milky like this one. The outdoor foosball table is rusty and the furniture and decor are overused, old and outdated. Strongly suggest renovation and a more modern decor. Luckily, our group was busy so we weren't at the house much. Functional but rather disappointing. Wouldn't stay here again.

Spacious home, Excellent location

This is the seond time we've stayed in this home. It is very spacious onside and out. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub are a hit with the kids. One thing changed from our previous stay: the bunk beds were moved from the office room into the master bedroom. We did not like this change. I'd reccomend putting at least a sleeper soafa in that small room for better sleeping arrangements. The house is a bit dated and could use a deep clean in the nooks and cranies. But we'd still stay there again.

Great home

We stayed here while visiting Disneyland. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the parking lots. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for 5 adults. We didn’t use the pool or outside eating area, but they looked nice. The neighborhood is nice and seemed very safe. We would stay here again.

Pembrooke Private House

We loved our stay at the Vincent's Pembrooke house. The house and furnishings are nice and very comfortable, and the neighborhood was great. You will find plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies to make your stay complete. There is a grocery store nearby and many restaurants and take out places to make meals easy. We were in the area to visit Disneyland and CA Adventure for the first time, and chose to use 12-20 Uber rides to get us to and from the park. This was cheaper and more convenient than choosing to drive our rental car and park a significant distance from the parks. We loved coming home to this lovely home and climbing into the comfortable beds exhausted. It rained both days we were there and the wether was chilly so we didn't use the pool at all, but the hot tub was used and enjoyed all 3 nights. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.
