Visited Disneyland with my 3 adult children & their spouses, plus 3 grandchildren. Great accommodations & walkable to the parks & downtown Disneyland. I highly recommend this property for a large group.

The house was definitely older then the photos really show. Lots of quirky things...the ceiling fan in one room didn't work, the counter in the hall bathroom had a severe crack, the washer leaked water on the floor when used, the ice maker didn't make very much ice, not all bathrooms had a bath mat, a towel bar kept falling off the wall when used, another bedroom the lights didnt work with the switch and wouldnt turn on when you flipped the switch on the light either etc etc. While I wouldn't say the house was dirty, alot of the things in the kitchen had caked on food (like they had gone through the dishwasher but stuff stayed stuck on) and alot of things just felt like could use a really good scrub. Alot of the baby items felt really dated and a little grimey. The blankets in one closet said they would be bagged if clean, and while they looked clean, none of them were bagged. The best part of the rental was the yard and pool. I didn't discover the pumps for filling the inflatable pool toys until way later, and the bin the toys are in is filled with live crickets, but overall the kids loved the pool! Some of the pool toys needed a wipe down as they were visibly dirty. Depsite paying a heating fee with rental, I did feel like the pool and hot tub were not heated as much as expected. The hot tub was warm, but not actually hot. The expense for asking them to raise the heat was more then we wanted to pay. Next trip we will probably look elsewhere. But its not the worst.

Property looks like the pictures, it was perfect for our family with three sets of parents and all the kid! The property is walkable to downtown Disney - it is about a mile, so the way there, great - but was tougher to walk back, of course. We had 2x 8y/o 2x 11y/o and a 3 y/o in a stroller and the parents - I don’t think you can get away with less walking unless you stay at the hotels on site. It builds character for everyone, ha! The property was amazing for a perfect extended family getaway.

Great location. Easy check in and communication. Some issues with appliances but quickly resolved. Very strict rules and limits pool access which is hard with kids and after a long day of walking (spa access). Overall great experience.

I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs in Anaheim the last 10 years and I would rate this one the top of all of them! The location is fantastic. Definitely within walking distance to downtown disney entrance. However, since we had littles, we brought an electric scooter. We drove right to the Downtown Disney entrance, dropped everyone off, and then one of us went home and parked and then rode the scooter back to the entrance. There is bike/scooter parking right inside the security entrance and it worked perfectly for us. The house was nice, well laid out for our group with the bedroom areas in three separate "sections" with family room and kitchen in the middle. The pool was fantastic! We loved the water features and the hot tub. Only downside was the door alarm that was incredibly loud and you really have to practice opening the door after pushing the button so that the alarm won't sound. If you forget to do that -- it's incredibly loud. That being said, I am grateful for it so that our little ones could not escape out to the pool without someone noticing.We got a ticket for parking on the street. We were warned by the host but misunderstood the instructions as there were other cars on the street -- but we are not residents so DO NOT DO IT. Once you get the quirks worked out it is fantastic. Do wish that the ice maker would have worked. Many VRBOs struggle with ice maker features on the freezer.

Great value and fun

Our family of 9, sincerely enjoyed our stay here. It easily accommodated everyone, the pool area was a great hit with the grandchildren and its close proximity to Disney is definitely a bonus. Truly enjoyed our visit

Great Location. Great Home. Needs Better WiFI. Strangers in the backyard?

The house was clean and quite lovely. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the game room was spot on.The WiFi needs help We were there on business and needed solid WiFi. This place didn't have it. Dropped meetings. Canceled downloads. We just relied on our hotspots.Also, one hour before checkout two strangers showed up in the backyard. I said "Good morning" when I took the trash out. They returned the sentiment but didn't identify themselves. It seemed as though they were with the property management company but we didn't really engage with them.Overall a great stay in a great location.

What I Wish I Had Known

Pros:Comfortable beds. Place was clean overall. The pool was great, kids loved it. Good kitchen facilities, stocked with the basics. The game room was fun! Bathrooms were good. The pool safety alarm made me feel safe with young kids.Cons:1/2 mile walk isn't true. It’s a 1.5-2 mile walk to Disney. I walked it several times. Walking isn’t worth it. Plan to Uber/Lyft each day. For our party of 13, this was about 30 per ride, two 4 person cars and a 6 person car.The hot tub didn’t heat to temperature without texting the hosts each time for them to troubleshoot. They were quite responsive but this ate precious time.There is only one bath towel per person staying there. There are pool towels in big laundry baskets near the back door! We didn’t see these until the second day. The pool safety alarm will go off sometimes even if you remember to press the button before opening the door and it’s piercingly loud.The lights in the bathroom are on a motion sensor and will go out on you while you shower.Tips:Do your reading beforehand. The guidebook is tedious but there is a lot to know about the place.Bring your own pillows if you want more than one pillow per sleeper.Bring extra blankets. They had 3 or 4 but that wasn’t enough for everyone.Never park on the street, even short term.Make sure to leave yourself time before you leave to wash the pool towels and start the bath towels in the rusty washing machine. This is part of your checkout checklist.

Room with a view

Our room looked over the back yard, I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, I should have planned more time for enjoying both. definitely enough rooms for everybody. Very close to Disneyland and all the stores & restaurants you could need. We visited just before Christmas and I thoufht it was nice that they had a Christmas tree with lights.

Family Disney Trip

It was a beautiful place. We definitely needed Uber to travel back and forth from Disneyland because it’s quite a walk after all the walking there. It was wonderful to have the ability to stock food in the house before arriving. It was hard to keep our kids quiet in the pool because it was such a great place to unwind.

Great home and location

We had a great time on the trip. The check-in process was easy, the house was comfortable and well suited for our stay. Super close to Disneyland. It would have been amazing were there bikes to ride to and from the park as this would have been super convenient getting to and from the park without the hassle of driving and parking a car. The only negative was the hot tub not working well on the second day, but the host was able to fix that relatively quickly. We would rent here again in the future!

One of Favorite Places We’ve Stayed

One of our favorite rentals we’ve stayed at. This home has it all. Comfortable beds (which is always top of my list), kitchen was very well equipped with quality tools, appliances and dishes etc., good location, safe neighborhood, loved the pool and hot tub. Very responsive to any of our questions or concerns. Loved all the attention to detail, like shampoo and soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, laundry and dish soap. Everything felt clean and up to date. Lots of room to relax or play games. A huge comfortable couch to all be together; but other rooms in house spread out enough to not be on top of each other. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great location to Disneyland

Great location to Disneyland, easy drive to there. How’s was perfect for our size family. The only down side was we received a noise complaint when we arrived there at 4:30pm For the kids in the pool. It was Sunday afternoon so I felt this was a bit ridiculous. I know it’s not the property management’s fault but after that we felt uncomfortable to have kids out there without them being quiet. So if you have little kids you may want to be aware of this.
