Big house with plenty of rooms if you have a big family. Great location if planning to go to Disneyland, less than 10 minutes to drive there. House has basic accomodation but don't expect fully stock kitchen. Neighborhood is alright. There are many cars parking on the street. For us the stay is ok.

We enjoyed this comfortable and clean place! So many rooms to choose from and the location was perfect it was close to Disney! The only downside is the annoying timed door alarm by the pool. We enjoy being outdoors and we normally like to have open doors to enjoy the open air so that's one thing you cannot do with this place. The place is close to shops and stores.

Here for a work event at the conference center next door. Good layout so everyone was comfortable. Pool was a great way to spend a free afternoon. The walk to the conference center was longer than expected so we ended up driving and parking everyday because of threats of rain, but still worth it to be able to hang out together before and after meetings. Plenty of things to do and places to eat nearby. The door alarm to access the pool was unexpected and annoying but required by City code. We were not there to party so the 10pm quiet curfew didnt effect our plans but if thats what someone is looking for, make sure you know ahead of time. Overall a well designed house, clean and far better than staying at the hotel.

We enjoyed the home and would stay there again. It was easy to walk to the convention center for the volleyball tournament. We had plenty of space for 8ppl. We enjoyed the pool too. It was hard to remember the door alarms for the pool but we got used to it.

The lodging, kitchen, bathrooms, and guide were all great.There were issues/delay trying to contact the property management for issues with the child locks and the jacvuzzi. The pool person was there and the spa was fixed. Left a message for the child locks. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would return.

Stay was stressful

The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were nice. The grounds and pool were well kept. There is lots of aggressively worded signage throughout the house (bathrooms, kitchen, living room) threatening fines if you don’t comply to their rules which made us all feel very uncomfortable. They also scolded us for checking out 20 minutes late and because some of our guests left trash in their trash cans in their rooms. I too am a host and I would never dream of chastising my guess over something so small and petty. There is a curfew and if they catch you with their cameras out after 10PM, they will charge you even if you’re silent There is an alarm that sounds if you don’t push a button and rush out the patio door and close it behind you within 5 seconds which was extremely stressful and ridiculous. One of our retreat attendees suffers from cerebral palsy. She is short and could barely reach the button because it’s at the top of the door frame. She was trying to rush in the house and fell on her face. The alarm sounded while she tried to drag her body inside the house and get the door shut. It was embarrassing and painful for her. I was mortified. I understand that they’re trying to prevent children from getting out to the pool unattended, but there needs to be a better solution. I will never stay here again because it felt like the hosts didn’t want us there. We felt extremely hounded and scrutinized. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s an acceptable place to stay

Great Stay!

Great stay - close to the parks, CVS, and other shopping/restaurants. Teens enjoyed the game room and sitting out by the pool. Rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. I'd recommend that the owners get a hard water filter. There was crystallization in all of the bathrooms, and the drinking water was cloudy and you could see the sediment once it settled. We had to buy bottled water as the water in Anaheim made us feel ill.

Spring Break Disneyland

Overall the property was good. Location was a little further from Disneyland that I originally thought. It was a 30 minute walk so we took an Uber most of the time which was about 10-15. The alarm to the backyard was a little confusing to figure out at first. Hot tub water took a while to heat up. Inside, the house was clean and what we needed. Lots of beds and bathrooms. We would stay here again.

Just OK

This place was just average. A solid 3/5. It’s a bit run down - rust/mineral build-up on sinks, peeling floors, dull knives, old towels/linens. Cleanliness was not an issue. Outfitted with the bare bones. It's mostly "as advertised". The details of the house are provided in a webpage format that is very difficult to navigate. It'd be nice if they simplified things and just printed something out. The alarms on the sliding doors are insanely loud and easy to forget that they're there, but I guess that's a California regulation thing. Still worthy of noting that they're very annoying. Every time you go outside you have to push a button or else an alarm goes off. Last but not least, the pool/outside patio is surrounded on all sides by cameras. I get that there is a noise ordinance that they have to police, but it's just a little creepy. Maybe just get a sound measuring device? Not to mention the flood light periodically goes off when it's windy.

Great House!

Great house with a great layout! The only complaint we have is the hot tub jets didn't work and it was only hot the first day. After day one it would only get to luke warm and it wasn't fixed for the rest of our stay (9 days).

Work and Disney trip

Had a conference in town and had the family for Disney. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Enjoyed the stay and the house was adequate for our needs.
