Our family of 10 people stayed in this house. It was nice that we were all able to have our own space as couples and room for the kids as well. The hot tub and pool were great. We loved how close it was to Disney and places to eat. Overall it was a great place. The biggest downfall was it could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust, cowebs and hair in the shower drains. As well as a few cosmetic issues, a hole in the closet wall, a broken toilet seat and a broken set of blinds. We'd love to stay here again, as long as the housekeeping was done better.

Nice big property close to Disneyland. Plenty of beds for the 12 of us. Short drive or about a mile walk to the parks. Great view of the nightly fireworks from the driveway. Would definitely stay again

Your Dream Vacation Home — Roomy, Relaxing, and Ready for Fun!

This home is absolutely wonderful! While we didn’t go to Disneyland this trip, we’ll definitely stay here for future vacations. The location was perfect—close to everything—and the house was incredibly spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 4 teens.The layout is ideal for large groups. The king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms? Yes, please! The bunk rooms were great too—those beds were full-sized, so even our tallest teens slept comfortably.Entertainment was top-notch: there were BIG TVs in every room, each with its own Roku. The hosts even provided 14 remotes! Everyone had what they needed without fighting over screens.The living and dining space was roomy and perfect for meals and hangouts. The kitchen had plenty of space for multiple cooks, and the dual-sink setup was smart and convenient.Outside, the pool and hot tub were beautiful, clean, and so relaxing—we spent most of our time there. The backyard setup is perfect for lounging and fun. And the game room? Huge bonus! We all loved playing pool, air hockey, and ping pong.Communication from the hosts was excellent. Their “vacation bible” guide had everything we needed to know—read it! It saved us from asking questions we could’ve answered ourselves.This home is a gem—clean, spacious, and full of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend it, and we’re already planning to return!

Fun family Disney trip!

Our family stayed at this location for a fun filled week at Disney! There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was enjoyable for the adults and kids! There were pool toys and some life jackets which made it nice for kiddos. The host was very quick at communicating back with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family stay near Disney Parks

Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to Disneyland parks and the kids enjoyed the games area in the garage and the pool/spa. Highly recommend for another family looking to do similar activities.

Excellent choice, will do it again!

This home was a perfect location for what we needed. The whole family was able to get together and still have beds not used. It was an awesome experience. I will definitely use that same home again for the same purpose of Disneyland.

A lovely stay and lots of room

It was super helpful to have such an accommodating space for our family. The number of bathrooms, along with the bedrooms, made getting ready each day easy as we prepared for park time. The house was well equipped and very clean. The furniture did appear to be quite worn and in need of attention/updating, but it all functioned well other than one of the beds which had a "sinking side." Communication was strong with property managers during check-in process.

Anaheim Vacation House

The home was comfortable and accommodated the 13 members our family quite well. There were no complaints here. There were plenty of bathrooms and sleeping accommodations. There were plenty of towels for everyone and the sheets were awesome. Furthermore, it was very close to Disney and California Adventure, which is where we would be going for the 1st 3 days we were there. However, I must say that the rules that were posted everywhere in the house and the very rigid guidelines made it quite stressful. (See previous review for a complete list)

great location for parks and beach. clean. comfortable. great set-up for a large family or group. don't get hung up on the rules (some of them are Anaheim, some of the are house). great communication with agent. check in and check out was easy! great property. fun to see the park fireworks, through the trees and over the rooftops.

Fantasmic Time!

9 of our family members stayed enjoyed our time very much!! ! The beds were very comfortable and the space clean and spacious. Many rules to follow. But safety first with hot tub and pool. Recommend not buying Disneyland parking passes because most Uber rides are very affordable. Closer ride gets dropped off at Downtown Disney then take Monorail to Tomorrow Land.

Beautiful home

Beautiful spacious house. Very clean. Located in a great area, no need to travel far to get to restaurants, fast food, or grocery stores. This is my second time staying in this home. I look forward to future visits!!

Happy guests

The home was clean & set up very well for our group. It provided everything we needed. The pool area was soooo nice especially with the extreme hot weather during our stay. The only thing we could not use was the game room/garage as it was too hot & we were unable to open the garage door due to a padlock.( minor inconvenience. All in all….. 10 out of 10! Thank you so much!!!

Brilliant stay, close to Downtown dosney security gates (20min walk). Clean home, nice pool and hot tub. Hosts were easy to contact and responded in a timely fashion. Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms. We would stay again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay and the common areas of the property. The rooms are well laid out and there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. A few places could use a little more attention for cleaning and isn’t really walking distance to the parks.

Uncomfortable for everyone in our group

The property appears to be 1 of a group of managed properties close to Disney purchased in a residential neighborhood. House is designed well for rental, lots of bathrooms. The pool/spa is nice. The kitchen had some basic supplies. What was unpleasant was that we all felt threatened&unwelcome. There are numerous signs on the wall with rules/threats. If you turn thermostat down <72 you will be fined $500. it was uncomfortably hot in some areas of the home. The pool door alarm was awful-difficult to figure out & traumatizing the numerous times it went off. Our special needs children were particularly scared. If you didn’t shut the door quickly it would go off again. They should put a fence around pool instead for safety. There were notes threatening to evict you if the neighbors called police for any reason. What if neighbors call because they don’t like rentals? There were threats to evict you and lose all $ if anyone screamed. Welll, we have children that we cannot gag. You are not allowed to be outside after 10 pm and we felt in a prison. There were threats to turn off hottub. You had to wash towels before you leave &laundry is slow $ loud. it takes 2 weeks to process if there was a problem with rental and if you get deposit back. No other rental takes that long. lights are automatic in the bathrooms and will go off so u will be in the dark. Children scared again. Mattresses deflated . Game room without AC. Getting to Disney is never easy.
