No smoking or vaping of any kind, anywhere on the property

Violations are subject to fines and eviction without refund

Guest Access:

🔑 The entire house is yours — every bedroom and bathroom, the game room, the expansive private yard, and the brand-new saltwater pool and spa. Nothing is off-limits and nothing is shared.



🚗 Large front parking on the property. Street parking is not permitted at any time.



📹 Exterior security cameras (front yard, back yard, side yard) and noise monitors are on the premises for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

Before check-in, guests provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification.



🚭 No Smoking



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, including the game room, at all times — no tobacco, vaping, marijuana or other drugs.



👥 Occupancy & Pricing



Maximum 18 guests; infants under 2 are not counted toward the headcount

The daily rate covers 16 guests; $30 per guest per night beyond that, up to 18

No additional visitors without host approval

In winter we strongly recommend using only the spa, for energy conservation.

Large front parking on the property. Street parking is not permitted at any time and you are responsible for any parking tickets resulting from a violation. Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon.



📹 Security & Noise Monitoring



Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded. Noise monitoring devices at the front door and in the backyard alert property managers if decibel levels exceed normal limits. There are no cameras inside the home. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and unregistered guests.



🚫 No Commercial Activity



No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on the property.



📄 Liability



The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, all guests agree to use the premises at their own risk and to assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises.



Interaction with Guests:
