La atención del personal es inmejorable. Todos los días nos pusieron botellas se agua nuevas , refrescos y cápsulas de café sin ningún costo extra. Hay muchos restaurantes muy buenos en los alrededores. Si lo que se busca es estar un poco más alejado de la Locura turística , pero a las vez. 10 minutos caminando a las principales atracciones turísticas, este es un gran lugar.

The staff is the best of several hotels in Europe I have ever visited. Friendly, very dedicated and helpful, provided excellent suggestions, perfect english if you do not speak the local language. The hotel is beautiful and very well located, close to everything you need, so you can walk but I recommend renting a bike to live the full experience. Breakfast was good and declicious. Bar had excellent drinks. You can park in the street but really expensive, you may want to look for another underground parking close to the dock which is 15 minutes walking from the hotel.

Un lugar de ensueño
Teníamos muchas expectativas sobre este hotel, cuya única referencia eran los pocos buenos comentarios a través de hoteles.com. Y vaya que tenían razón. Es un hotel boutique pequeño frente a un hermoso canal. La recepción, el restaurante y algunas habitaciones están en un edificio, mientras que la que nos tocó a nosotros estaba en un edificio anexo, a unos 30 metros del primero. Nos encantó que entrábamos al edificio con nuestra propia llave, por lo que nos sentíamos como en casa. Nuestra habitación (411) tiene una vista excepcional al canal, una cama estilo antiguo, cómoda y hermosa, y una distribución nada ortodoxa, ya que solo el toilet y la regadera tienen puerta (esta última de cristal), y la bañera-jacuzzi y los lavabos (2) están abiertos, aunque pueden rodearse por cortinajes. La limpieza y el mantenimiento son impecables; las botellas de agua del frigobar son de cortesía. El desayuno es abundante y delicioso, en un comedor digno de set de película. La ubicación es inmejorable, pues está cerca de la acción, pero en una tranquila calle, a la vuelta del museo de Ana Frank y cerca de restaurantes y comercios de todo tipo. Todo el personal (muy numeroso) es muy amable y atiende con calidez.

Staff was lovely and helpful. Overall easily accessible to tourist attractions The hotel is located in two buildings which wasn’t explicit on the site. The non main hotel was just a few doors down but felt abandoned in contrast. There was no heads up about major construction in the area so you had to cross a gangplank to enter the hotel. There were dumpsters outside blocking the views as well.

Das Bett war zwar sehr bequem zum Liegen, aber die Höhe des Bettes war für jeden Tag eine neue Herausforderung. Ich bin nicht so gross und hatte zum Hinaufkommen Probleme. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Everything that we needed as first time visitors was located nearby the hotel. We tried three restaurants that were recommended by the hotel during our stay. They were all excellent as well.

Super helpful and friendly staff, fantastic location, loads of great restaurants and bars close by and 15 min walk from the railway station. Lovely extras like the hand written welcome note and sweets in room. We stayed 3 nights inc breakfast, breakfast is table service, with lots of options. Really enjoyed our stay, definitely would come back.

The best part of this hotel was the staff, including the front desk, the restaurant/bar staff, and the housekeepers. I loved the decor, and enjoyed learning the history of the hotel. My room was well appointed and my bed was very comfortable. The room was small and my only complaint would be that there wasn’t a dresser or any type of drawer space. I stayed for 4 nights and had one large suitcase. I had to be mindful about the space between the toilet and the sink so I didn’t hurt myself. ( I am a petite woman, so it wasn’t My size that was an issue). I would stay at The Toren again but might ask for a slightly larger room.

First time in Amsterdam and the location and hotel were very good. We had one incident where the kitchen were unable to provide cooked breakfast, but otherwise no issues. Staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable.

Just perfect
Very kind staff, always ready to help out. The style of the hotel is quite extraordinary and cosy in comparison to the boring minimalistic chain hotels, it’s one of a kind. Food and drinks were great. Had some lovely talks with the staff as well. Location is great, walking distance for all things I wanted to visit. Just sad that the free minibar had no zero soda. But see, I had to search very hard for a minor inconvenience 😅. Definitely going back!

Tolles Hotel, gerne wieder!
Sehr freundliches Personal, ob Empfang, Service oder Bar-Mitarbeiter: TOP! Einzig was ich bemängeln muss ist die Suaberkeit. Unsere Minibar im Zimmer war wirklich dreckig, und als unser Zimmer gesäubert wurde, bekam wir neue Hand- und Badetücher, jedoch liessen die Mitarbeitenden auch die gebrauchten Tücher da. Das fanden wir unprofessionell.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Toren. It was walking distance from everything I wanted to see. The room was quiet and clean. I checked in early (around 11:30-12p) and they had my room ready to go, which was really nice after a very long travel day. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was something I looked forward to every day - the room is charming and it was a quiet and calm place to prepare for my day of sightseeing. When I was looking at hotels they were a little pricier than I wanted to spend, but I'm glad I chose them.

Loved the location being next to a canal and its proximity to excellent restaurants and cafés. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till, vi promenerade till allt även till tåget för att komma till flygplatsen. Hotellets personal är mycket trevliga. Frukosten är underbar då det är lugnt o en fantastisk miljö. Du beställer det du vill ha. Vi valde frukost när vi bokade annars kostar den 22,5€ per person o dag. Paraply får du låna på hotellet o du kan även hyra cykel för 18€\dag. Det enda jag tycker kunde ha varit bättre är dammsugningen i själva rummet. Badrummet var klanderfritt men vid sängarna kunde det varit bättre under veckan. Miljön på hotellet är så fin och jag skulle välja samma igen

안네프랑크의 집이랑 넘넘 가깝고 좋습니다. 조식부페에 나오는 팬케이크랑 시럽, 커피, 두유, 크롸상 넘 맛있구요. 웰컴 메시지와 선물, 무료 캔음료들과 물 등 서비스가 좋았습니다. 욕실에 설치된 난방 기구가 있어서 빨래도 금방 말랐어요. 스키폴공항이랑도 우버로 안막히면 25분 만에 가네요. 직원분들도 넘넘 친절하세요.
