Dear Carmen Gloria, We are sorry that the government restrictions were inconvenient for you but we, the hotel, has to obey these rules. Regarding the refund, we have explained to you multiple times that cannot refund you just like that. We need an official request from your travel agency. And we have called them for you however they said that you ( the customer) has to contact them to process the refund. Which we have informed you about as well.
