Es un hotel muy bonito con instalaciones acogedoras, a 15 minutos en bus del centro, pero el personal no está a la altura, ya que encontré algún pelo en la ducha y las mesas de cristal de las mesitas de noche, cuando se iluminan con la luz de la lámpara, se ven empañadas de suciedad con manos marcadas; también una de las chicas que trabaja en el bar de la recepción,

Super accueil :) on vous offre un petit verre de bienvenue afin de vous faire patienter tranquillement pour faire le check-in. Super et originale déco, super ambiance, possibilité de location de vélo, bus à 5 min à pied pour rejoindre le centre ville. Piscine et salle de sport non testés. Il y a des jeux de société en libre service en cas de pluie, c'est top. La seule chose à améliorer pour ma part est le jambon blanc au petit-déjeuner :(

Netjes ontvangst bij de receptie, erg vriendelijk. Kamer is prima van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar prima.

C’est hôtel a un design industriel moderne. Les jeunes vont adorer. Par contre, par nuit de pluie, le bardage industriel de la façade fait beaucoup de bruit… Prévoir aussi du lard et des saucisses au petit déjeuner 😉😇

Not really anywhere to put clothes in the room no wardrobe or draws. Basic looking. Also my showering was blocked and flooded the bathroom.

Hotel room not that clean still finger print marks from previous guests on bedside table and mirrors. Small selction at the brekafast buffet and there seems to be a fan going on all night

Otel genel olarak çok güzeldi herkes süper ilgilendi ve gerçekten konforluydu.Ancak otel odasındaki yemek çöplerini 3 gün atmadılar sebebini anlayamadık onun dışında temizlik problemi de yoktu.

Court séjour mais très sympathique. Endroit calme et transports à proximité pour nous emmener dans le centre. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant, très professionnel et disponible. Ils nous conseillent sur les activités à effectuer si on ne connait pas les lieux, comment y accéder. On dispose de réductions sur certaines activités. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel et j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour à Amsterdam.

Great room, beautiful pool and sauna. Relatively easy to get into town except late at night. The hotel is 6 minutes walk through an unoccupied business district which is I would say potentially unsafe for lone travelers at night, so an Uber might be needed. Staff generally lovely, but on check in failed to do anything but give a room key, no orientation like breakfast times and costs, where to find food, what time the pool is open. When I asked them directly ‘is there anywhere to eat near here?’ they said no it’s just the hotel and pointed at the limited snacks available- giant family bags of crisps, snickers bars etc. I ordered a drink at the very very quiet bar and asked again if they had bar snacks and was pointed again at the same stuff. But some other guests in the lobby then said the bar do food until 10 - so I went back, found a menu and asked to order. Barman says ‘no, we don’t do food’ and turns his back on me and walks off. I’m now puzzled as well as hungry so I ask a second Barman who has just appeared if he can explain - he says the first barman meant they didn’t serve freshly cooked food and that food on the menu is reheated. When I get upset he then says the first barman intended it as a joke - ‘to cheer up tired customers’. He apologises and makes out it’s because I’m tired but i just felt humiliated and in fact blamed for the guys rude behaviour. Rest of staff lovely, but this soured my stay, being a solo traveler. Won’t be back

I really liked the view, it was awesome to look down on the harbor. On the other hand… the room looked worn off, the beds were hard, the staff couldn’t fix our tv for the entirety of our stay, the bar is expensive as hell and it’s hard to look through the parking process and it’s hella expensive too.

The hotel ist far away form the city centre. You need a taxi to be quick in the city. That ist a real problem because the service is overstressed when the counter people has to arrange things for the guests. furthermore the breakfast was a catastrophe. dirty tabels and if something went out it takes so long that it will be replaced or it will not come anymore.
