Each stay comes with a complimentary private breakfast or lunch canal cruise on a private luxury saloon boat (pick up few minutes away from the houseboat) - and including a bottle of champagne.

Please note that it is NOT ALLOWED to bring ANY GUESTS OR VISITORS to the houseboat without prior approval! We have a 0 guest policy. We reserve us the right to check-you out earlier in case of breaking this houserule. Only the amount of people mentioned in the booking will be allowed to be on the property (disregarding the age).

Keep in mind that this boat is next to another one, so always cross silently and carefully the neighbours ship and lock the gates/doors at all times.
