Es el hotel más bonito donde me he quedado! Entrar al lugar parece como entrar a un sueño. Está muy bien ubicado y el personal fue súper amable. El bar es muy bueno

This is the second time that I stayed at this hotel and I absolutely loved it! The location is great, the decoration of the hotel and the rooms is beautiful! They upgraded my room to a suite I believe because of Expedia. This is one of my favorite hotels ever!

Muy buena experiencia
¡Fabuloso! Bello hotel, impecable, bien ubicado, máquina de café, galletitas, agua de cortesía y todo muy bonito y de buen gusto. Lo unico que cuando llegamos la habitación olia a mariguana y nos cambiaron a otra que era muy pequeña, pero tenia vista. También nos toco que a las 8 am nos llegaran a tocar para limpieza del cuarto y que abrieran cuando seguiamos dormidos 😳 Demasiado temprano a mi gusto.

Altamente recomendado - Experiencia inolvidable
Este hotel es hermoso, lleno de muchos detalles únicos, pulcro, servicio excelente y bien ubicado. Realmente para nosotros fue un hotel 5 estrellas en todos los sentidos. De todo nuestro recorrido por Europa este hotel nos dejó una hermosa experiencia. Felicidades a la administración y a todo su personal.

Lindo hotel, muy chic. Mal el sistema de reserva
El hotel es muy bonito. La habitación que elegimos linda pero muy pequeña. Además, según la reserva incluía desayuno buffet por dos días, al llegar al hotel, no lo respetaron porque no aparecía así en su sistema. Al check out nos querían volver a cobrar las dos noches siendo que ya estaban pagadas a través de la app y solo terminaron cobrándonos 1 día en que tomamos el desayuno (19 euros por persona) y los impuestos. La cuenta final ascendió a 69 euros más.

Five stars all the way! This is an incredibly unique and beautiful hotel, located in a very nice shopping district on the canals. Loved the lobby especially - a really nice vibe with a coffee machine and complimentary snacks and drinks refreshed throughout the day. We loved it, including the staff encouragement to enjoy King's Day festivities. A member of our group had a minor medical emergency during our stay and the hotel staff helped us calmly and professionally navigate the stressful situation including helping us book the on-call doctor. We were very grateful! Overall a fantastic stay - we loved every minute.

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Beautiful interiors, welcoming and friendly staff. Drinks and snacks in the blue room are a nice perk before and after a long day of business or sightseeing. Only downside of this is it seems the word is out about this gem and booking well in advance is now essential, I had to stay elsewhere for half of my recent trip, it was more expensive and nothing like as good…

The hotel was very well located to walk to most Amsterdam attractions; museums, Jordaan, Red Light District, as well as dining options. The room was very roomy, with a comfortable king size bed and two comfortable chairs. We enjoyed having a bath as well as a shower with quality Occitaine bath products. The staff was helpful in locating convenient dining options, including take out one night when we were too tired to go out. They provided free tea, coffee, cool drinks and sweets all day, which we enjoyed. My only complaint is that we were not offered our VIP perks upfront. Perhaps, it's because there was mix-up between us and someone else with the same last name at check-in. However, once we asked about our free bar drinks, we received them.

I traveled here alone with my young child and we had the most incredible time. The rooms are small but standard for the area incredibly well decorated, giving such a boutique and unique feel. The hotel was super accommodating to my daughter as well, making her feel super welcome and comfortable. I’m coming back in June with my husband. Can’t wait! Excellent location as well. Moments away from key locations in Amsterdam.

The owner took great care to decorate and furnish each of the rooms. The foyer and waiting areas are beautiful and inviting. The location is central and the staff are helpful and accommodating. I will definitely come back to Hotel Estherea when I return to Amsterdam.

Staff was rude when I asked where umbrellas were. I took the tassel off my key so I could walk in and out and not carry a heavy tassel. Staff seemed annoyed with that when I checked out. For 900 euros for two nights I think you can walk upstairs and get the tassel. Overheard a staff member call me a profanity when I was walking upstairs. Wow.

Love being able to sit in the lobby with a hot drink and complimentary biscuits & cakes. There was an issue on checking out , my bill was higher than quoted by Expedia, this was due to the increase in city tax since I booked. I said i didn't think it was dair and the lower amount was honoured , however, this did take some tome to rectify

Charming, tasteful furnishings throughout the property and right on the canals. Very convenient to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Amsterdam is a very walkable (and bicyclable) city - walked everywhere and hotel was in a great location. Cookies, water, tea and coffee available in lobby and lobby charming place to sit and sip. Would definitely stay here again.
