Todo perfecto
Todo perfecto, el hotel tiene una ubicación buenísima, con una decoración exquisita (las escaleras son una preciosidad). Nos asignaron una habitación a mi amigo y a mí en el primer piso, muy cómoda, con bonitas vistas. La cama era muy grande y cómoda. Volveré SEGURO!!

El lugar esta espectacular frente al parque, la arquitectura increible, el Desayuno Buffette Muy Bueno pero le pondria un poco mas de Variedad. No dejan agua en el cuarto y quedaba lejos del Lobby donde hay una tienda que cobra 5E por litro de Agua, seria buen detalle dejar en el cuarto. La habitacion con una vista al parque pero era de 2 pisos y bajar las escaleras de noche para ir al WC era dificil y peligroso! Aunque la habitacion muy limpia, comoda y la cama excelente.

Perfect 3 nights in out of the touristic trail
3 night stay in Amsterdam to attend a fair. The hotel has a fantastic design on a reconstructed old church, overlooking a park. Room was nice and the view was perfect. Bar and restarurant overlooking the park with a very cool atmosphere.

Hotel increíble, a un costado de un parque hermoso que hace de su entrada algo placentero para ver o pasar el rato. Se trata de una construcción que fue adaptada en su interior para habitaciones modernas tipo loft. Habitaciones excelentes, limpias y camas muy cómodas. Ubicado a 20min caminando del centro de la ciudad.

Too far
Its a beatiful hotel in Oosterpark. But if you want see the centrum you must take the Tram. One day the bed was not done & they dont order the towels in the bathroom. Clean.....bad they must be more profesional.

Excelente Hotel. Recomendado!
El hotel es excelente. El personal es muy amable y siempre llenan todas tus necesidades. Casi todo el personal habla varios idiomas de forma fluida. El ambiente del restaurante y los alrededores es muy agradable. La ubicación es buena; no está en el centro, pero es muy fácil y económico llegar en tram, taxi o uber.

Espectacular
Mi novia y yo fuimos a pasar un par de días a Amsterdam. Cuando llegamos al hotel nos quedamos asombrados de lo bonito que es . Pero lo mejor fue cuando vimos la habitación . Una habitación espectacular de dos pisos , completamente nueva y con unos ventanales preciosos . Mejor imposible!!

Buena experiencia
En general la experiencia muy buena. Está un poco apartado del centro pero el recorrido es corto y fácil. El entorno es espectacular. La entrada está situada dentro de Oosterpark y las vistas son muy bonitas. El personal del hotel muy agradable. La habitación era un poco pequeña y sin armarios donde poder poner la ropa. La limpieza es bastante escasa en la habitación. Prácticamente hacían la cama y cambiaban toallas. Detrás de la puerta estuvieron las mismas bolas de polvo las tres noches que estuvimos. Además, y como siempre, las camas eran individuales puestas una al lado de la otra. Lo pedimos en la reserva y no nos hicieron caso. En general, muy buena experiencia. Repetiría solo por el hecho de estar situado donde está y por el entorno.

Agradable y tranquilo.
El hotel se encuentra en el Est-Amsterdam y a sus pies tiene el parque oosterpark, entorno privilegiado en el que se respira tranquilidad. Las habitaciones son normales y quizá hasta un poco incómodas. El Hotel es precioso, las escaleras de madera tallada son una maravilla. Os recomiendo entrar en la capilla, es un lugar donde se hacen celebraciones y si no está ocupado se puede ver. La Terraza es espectacular. Puedes desayunar, comer y cenar con vistas al parque, lugar frecuentado también por los propios "amsterdienses" y que al atardecer y por la noche cobra mucha vida.

Pluspunten: • Upgrade naar junior suite ontvangen, erg ruime kamer • Veilige buurt • L’or koffie apparaat • Lekkere badspullen van Marie Stella Maris • prima horeca in het hotel Minpunten: • Badkamer liep echt vrijwel direct onder water, douche putje voert dit niet goed af • hoofdkussens in bed waren ontzettend hard • Locatie is niet de meest actieve / hippe buurt qua horeca tentjes maar voelt wel erg veilig

The park in the front is beautiful but the hotel has a lot to work on. The check in is incredibly long and impractical if you're tired and you want to go to bed. The towels are extremely worn and the quilt cover was torn with a10 cm hole in it. Definitely far from the quality that I would expect for the stars in this hotel. The blinds in the room were broken and it was something you don't want to deal with if you spent a lot of time trying to check in in a tablet that is asking for too much information. The cherry in the top was that the safe didn't work either. So no, I would not recommend this hotel.

You can get a tram or subway or a nice 25 min into the start of the centre ! Our room had two levels that was cool, we also got dinner one night the menu is small but the burger was so nice ! 😽 the hotel as a whole is stunning !

schöne Lage am Park. Innenstadt zu Fuß in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Nettes Personal. Zimmer, bzw. unsere Suite, etwas bescheiden eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer etwas eng und fast vollständig vom Bett ausgefüllt. Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Absolutely wonderful Hotel and Staff. We will definitely be returning again and again whilst recommending to everyone we know. On arrival our room just needed the love package to be organised and the Check In gentleman at the front desk upgraded us to a Junior Suite and provided complimentary coffee whilst we waiting for a few short minutes. Every single member of staff should be praised for their kindness and attention to detail.

It would have been nice to have the place cleaned out daily, as we stayed for 3 nights and only had the place cleaned maybe once and even that service was not a full cleaning. Just got free towels that’s all. The service at front desk was good but hospitality staff was quite terrible.
