El personal de recepción fue en general amable. El hotel está de obras y las zonas comunes, entrada, ascensores, descansillos estaban con polvo. Pero, sin duda, lo peor fue la nula limpieza que hubo en la habitación. La 762. Ya al entrar el primer día observamos que las instalaciones estaban algo descuidadas, papel de la pared roto, cortinas sucias, polvo, pero es que durante los 7 días que estuvimos la limpieza de la habitación fue nula. Sólo se limitaban a hacernos la cama y cambiar las toallas. Nada mas. Decepcionante.

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel free of charge at this moment, because we do not have any travel restrictions to and from The Netherlands. Therefore our booking policy remains the same until we receive an official statement from the Dutch government or city of Amsterdam. With reference to our cancellation policy for Non-refundable reservations, we need to inform you that when cancelling, the total reservation amount will be charged as late cancellation fee. If needed, you can send the invoice to your insurance company, as they are the first contact of interest to assist with this. Perhaps this would also help you to claim your money back. Tranquilo y Cómodo
He estado por una semana y todo fenomenal. Buen servicio, atentos a cualquier cosa, habitaciones cómodas. El Wifi no me llegó a funcionar, no fue problema ya que llegaba buena cobertura 4G. La estación de metro está como a unos 3 min andando, y otros 30 min de trayecto si te quieres desplazar al centro.

The decor of the hotel is nice and the Mondi restaurant is vibrant. I will say that we weren't happy that our room wasn't ready an hour after the allocated check-in time of 2.00pm - the hotel did provide us with free drink vouchers as way to make up for this. For the money we paid for our room, the cleanliness was average as there was still the previous guest's hair in the bathtub, the rug in the bedroom wasn't vacuumed and we still didn't get assistance with sorting out the TV, after asking everyday throughout our stay. The staff just didnt seem bothered to help. In terms of transportation, the metro is only a three minute walk from the hotel. Location wise, the hotel is a ten minute walk from local supermarkets and takeaway places.

We stayed for the weekend there, rooms are ok but poorly sound proofed and it’s very loud because of the bar at the first level. First night someone was trying to break into our room around 4am, for almost 15min( there are lots of high and drunk people there)When we told the front desk next day she rudely told us that it’s not their responsibility to control that! The second night, thanks to the passionate screams of the lady across the hall couldn’t get any sleep either. During the 3nights stay the room was cleaned only once, when we asked for fresh towels we had to wait almost 45min! I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a safe, quiet and relaxing place to stay during your trip
