Estancias en Alpheton

"The bathroom had mold which had me sneezing. Historic doesn't have to mean unkept. Friendly enough but quality not quite there"

"Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean."

"This is a fantastic hotel that I would recommend to all."

"Great breakfast"

"Lovely room, great breakfast and friendly, helpful owners."

"My experience at this hotel was disappointing. I chose it for one specific reason: the pool and spa, so I could enjoy some time with my 3-year-old son. But when we went to the area, we were told that children are not allowed. This crucial restriction, which should be clearly stated at the time of booking, completely undermined the purpose of our stay. The rooms are basic and dated. "Stunning property, gorgeous & delightfully helpful owners ( Doug & Kay)& in a beautiful part of the country. Close to good restaurants, historical villages & towns. Just a perfect weekend retreat."

Stephen and Vanessa were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very well looked after. The...

"Stayed here twice now and have left with insect bites both times, a little look on Google and it appears that I'm not an isolated occurrence there have been numerous reports of people suffering from bed bug bites. Absolutely disgusting that they have not closed and fully fumigated and deep cleaned the hotel!!! Will never stay here again!!!"

"Very dated rooms & uncomfortable beds no air conditioning or fan. Breakfast only available 8.30 -9 am even though the information card in the room states 8.30-9.30, was told this is only at weekends? So why doesn’t information card state this? Two of us went for breakfast after 9 and was refused. Chef was only able to make a bacon sandwich. Coffee was thick and gloopy and undrinkable . I have never stayed at a B&B with a 30 mins breakfast window. We stayed one night to attend a Wedding at...
