The host was so easy to communicate with and even reached out to us with a concern right off when our reservation was flagged for clarification instead of canceling our reservation! "This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property."

Yes, the steps are steep, yes the bathroom is upstairs. This is an updated old house and these features accompany age. Great value and close to many of the things we planned to do in Dayton."

"This apartment was perfect for our graduation weekend at Univ of Dayton. Perfect space for 2 of us. Aparrment was very clean, bed and linens were comfortable. Host was very responsive to the few questions or hurdles we had. One recommendation we would offer is a couple fans as air movement was lacking. Once we fixed that, it was a 5 star stay. Would def stay again. Location was fantastic for coffee shop, bars and restaurants. Very quiet for being so close to tge activity up the street Adorable...

"The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive...
