Sole Verde — Salento Reservation is the perfect solution for those who want to experience a relaxing holiday in the heart of Salento, surrounded by nature and a few steps from the crystal clear sea of the Ionian coast. Immersed in the suggestive Mediterranean garden of Villa Rilù, this cozy apartment of about 60 square meters combines comfort, tranquility and functionality, offering an authentic atmosphere ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends.
The structure can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of two bright and tastefully furnished double bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The living area is large and welcoming, with a sofa bed, dining table and flat screen TV, creating a perfect space for sharing moments of relaxation after a day spent between the sea and the pool. The kitchen, practical and fully equipped, has a refrigerator, stove, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils, allowing guests to feel completely at home even during longer stays.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower box and bidet, while outside guests can enjoy a beautiful private veranda surrounded by greenery, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, aperitifs at sunset or summer dinners in total tranquility. To complete the experience, the property offers a swimming pool, Mediterranean garden, barbecue, free WiFi, air conditioning and private parking.
One of the strengths of the Sole Verde Three-Room Apartment is its strategic position: the beautiful cliff of Capilungo is just 400 meters from the structure and allows you to easily reach the marina promenade, perfect for walks overlooking the sea and breathtaking sunsets over the Ionian Sea. The pool surrounded by greenery also allows you to alternate moments of total relaxation with the authentic atmosphere of Salento.
Villa Rilù is located in Alliste, in the heart of lower Salento, a quiet and authentic town surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, crystal clear sea and small characteristic villages. In a few minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful destinations on the Ionian coast such as Torre San Giovanni, Gallipoli, Punta della Suina, Lido Pizzo and Santa Maria di Leuca. The area also offers typical restaurants, summer festivals, boat trips and unique natural landscapes, giving guests an authentic experience between relaxation, sea and Salento tradition.
It also has wi-fi, mosquito nets.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
