"We had a great time but accommodations for 12 is a stretch. The stairs are not for everyone. The kids enjoyed wading out on low tide but be careful of the rocks on the beach. The views are spectacular. Good parking and quiet neighborhood. The good things outweigh the not so good."

"The house is amazing. The views are terrific. The screened in porch was the favorite hangout for everyone. It is in a secluded area so it is a drive to get to anything so be prepared for that, but the house had everything we needed.The only problem we had was not being able to run the A/C as low as we would have liked. No lower than 70 but we are very hot nature so it would probably be fine for most people."

"We enjoyed and needed this respite from the hustle and bustle of life. The property was beautiful and such a peaceful setting overlooking the bay and the marsh. We brought our kayak and enjoyed paddling up the little inlet and out into the bay. The dog enjoyed the stay as well. The fenced in front yard was convenient. The home was comfortable and clean. "

"I had the opportunity to travel to this wonderful property with my mother and three boys. We were in need of a relaxing vacation, and this was exactly what we were looking for! "My wife and I stayed here with our two adult daughters. We had a great time. The house is big with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, including one separate room downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. There are three kayaks and we all enjoyed paddling out and swimming off the kayaks. Great views from the screen porch. (Don't rent on the gulf without a screen porch. Seriously.) Perfect spot for coffee at sunrise. We don't fish, but looks like a lot of people were fishing and crabbing....

"We love this beautiful beachfront home. We have stayed here a couple of times. It is nicely decorated, good bedroom/ bathroom spaces and wonderful kitchen. Many sitting areas, front porch, screened room as well as 2 sets of sliding glass doors making the living room an excellent sitting area with oceanfront views as well. Thanks Sharon for hosting us! "After 29 years of Girl's trips, we have found the best equipped house ever. The kitchen had everything you needed, the games were plentiful, the bathroom and bedrooms were beautiful and fully supplied. The pool and beach equipment were all we needed.
