This house is absolutely beautiful Very clean and spacious, we had 9 adults and 7 children ages 10 to 3 days old. We never felt on top of each other and had plenty of room. The pool was a huge hit with our family and very clean as well! Definitely will come back again! Thank you lisa for being available anytime we had questions.

After 29 years of Girl's trips, we have found the best equipped house ever. The kitchen had everything you needed, the games were plentiful, the bathroom and bedrooms were beautiful and fully supplied. The pool and beach equipment were all we needed. Lisa, property manager was super sweet. We had an awesome time! We will be back, God willing.

Everything is accounted for; this is the most well-equipped house we have ever rented. Everything was in great condition and the owner’s responsiveness was top notch! Alligator Point was a great escape. Close enough to run out and get groceries and adult beverages if you need, but far enough away that it makes sense to relax, stay in, and grill some food. The beach doesn’t have rows and rows of houses, everything felt very relaxed and everyone we came across was friendly. Dolphins every day! We saw dolphins every day in the Gulf and most days in the bay. They enjoyed ‘chasing’ our boat and jumping in its wake. Need more sun? Need less sun? There was seating where each of us could still enjoy each other’s company whether they wanted to get some rays or stay in the shade. There was plenty to do, the kids loved the fence area out front, there was upper deck seating, seating around the pool, a boardwalk sitting area, and of course the BEACH!We loved the large pantry. It may seem like a weird thing to be excited about, but this made it all that much more home. Normally we have bags and coolers and boxes of food spread out on the counter or some floor space where they’re always in the way. The pantry made it easy to store items and keep everything organized.Lots of cool decorations to check out in the house, but if you have a little one you may want to do a little babyproofing first.

This house was just as lovely as we’d hoped. Views are gorgeous. Beach was perfect for looking for shells, swimming and even dolphin sightings. Plenty of towels, nice rooms and wonderful kitchen. Our adults had the main house and kids were in the downstairs unit. Be advised that stairs to connect up to down are outside. Not an issue for us.

We loved the house! Perfect for a large family. The owners have though of everything from pool floats to beach chairs to a crock pot! The pool is an added bonus and the close walk to the Tiki Hut makes for a fun afternoon. Loved our stay.

This house was absolute perfect for our family of 14! The house is right on the beach which made it super conveient for those with toddlers and young kids to go in and out. We also had babies on the trip and the monitors reached to the pool and the end of the boardwalk on the beach- probably would have reached all the way if we had a longer range monitor. The common areas are roomy and have enough space for everyone- and you cant beat the view! The place was well stocked and clean. We loved our stay!

My family stayed at this beautiful house for my son’s graduation from FSU. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. I have never rented a home that had a kitchen stocked as well as this one. Everything you could want was there for cooking. They even have the little things like tin foil, all the spices, sharp knives, coffee filters, and extra paper towels if needed. I could go on and on. We also all felt such a sense of peacefulness while there. The views from every room of the gulf and also the bay made it even better. Every person had a view from their room. The walks on the beach were amazing with so much sea life! We saw sting rays, dolphins feeding, very large clams, hermit crabs and tons of beautiful birds. We all felt like we had been there for at least a week when it was only 3 nights. The elevator & ramp was an extra plus for my family. Made it so that the grandparents could enjoy the graduation get together without any trouble. This is a piece of paradise not to miss!!

Very nice house. Remote location. Not much traffic on the beach which was really nice. We basically had the beach to ourselves. Saw dolphins every day. Only downfall is the only way to get between upstairs and down is the outdoor elevator. There’s no inside stairs. The elevator was a really nice feature. Pool was clean. Not a full size pool. Overall had a great time. Communication with the property manager was very easy.

From the arrival, this house was even more than the substantial description on VRBO. They are not kidding when they say the kitchen is stocked, the bathrooms are ready, the bedrooms are comfortable! Everything was spotless clean and EVERYTHING was provided! We brought Thanksgiving dinner and cooked it there. No problem! 5 adults, 4 kids, no problem! Plenty of hot water, clean towels, LOTS of space to play games, have adult time, send kids to play Xbox. Also the island felt very safe and quiet. Absolutely no complaints and we hope to visit again this summer!

This is a great place to visit! The seclusion was different than what we normally would look for, but that was what made this trip the best ever. Beautiful beach. No crowd. It was incredibly stocked, from kitchen needs to beach chairs and toys. Ms. Lisa was our contact hostess and she was great! We would certainly be interested in visiting this amazing place again!

We loved that the beach was private and quiet and just a few steps from the house! It was great that all the basic items were supplied so we didn’t need to do a ton of shopping. Everyone enjoyed their week in the sun.

Alligator Point is a perfect getaway for any family get together! Our families have been coming to this area for the past 25 years. This is the best home we have rented in A.P.! The pool is definitely a game changer. We love being directly on the beach but you need a break from time to time. Some of the family was not able to enjoy the beach but were able to enjoy the pool. The home has everything you needed for making yourself at home. This will be a home we will return to!

One Beachin' Place is a great house for families. Liked that must was in one level, with ability to offer the downstairs space to one couple. Kitchen literally had everything we needed! Even had many spices & some basics like for, sugar, oil (likely left by prior guest). We stayed for a week, & were literally The. Only. People. On. The. Beach!! So appreciate that beach towels & beach equipment were provided 😀. And having 2 huge washers & dryers was so helpful for our crew.

This house was beautiful and you truly felt like you’re on your own little island. The condo is completely stocked and has everything imaginable. My only suggestion is to bring your own towels and wash clothes. The condo does supply a few but not enough for a party of 16, we just had to run a daily load of towels. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Our gathering of 16 was GREAT to say the very least. The pool, the porch, the beach, the kitchen, the "top" living area and the bottom living area was just perfect for our family's week together. We, all of us, were never in-need of a thing. Very well equipped, right down to coffee, towels, pots and pans, utensils, wifi and a telescope. This place is neat as a pin and clean as a whistle. The pool and all the lounge chairs made this a most enjoyable vacation for the boys. The beach was my favorite with shell searching, pelican watching and very very empty. I/we are very pleased!

The house has plenty of space, the deck on the Gulf side was great for relaxing and watching Dolphin activities, weather was excellent enough for us to use the pool, found many shells during low tide walks, also spotted a sting ray not far off the shoreline swimming. We had an excellent time while staying here. Very enjoyable experience!

We had a wonderful time gathering for Thanksgiving. The house has large common rooms, but also plenty of privacy for sleeping. Access to the beach is great and if you just want to watch in indoor comfort, the house has great views of spectacular sunsets, dolphin swimming by and much more.

The house is beautiful with plenty of space - 7 bedrooms but sleeps many more. The downstairs has its own living room / kitchen, so it is like 2 rental properties in one! Pet friendly was a huge plus! The location was fantastic - you faced the bay out the front and Gulf out the back. How many places have that much water surrounding them! The only drawback for some could be the distance to any restaurants or stores, but we were on retreat and brought everything we needed. I highly recommend this beach house property! ❤️
