Our family had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone to be alone when they needed it, but absolutely plenty of space to come together. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils needed. The house is right on the water with convenient access. The front yard was perfect for our dog. The beach amenities were great. Contact with the host was quick and easy. We loved it and would love to come back.

Family vacation spot for the win!

My entire family was able to come to one place and relax together. What a great spot for some family time. The host was amazing, we had an AC go out on Sunday(day two) and she had a tech out to fix it within a few hours. Very happy with this week, with my family, in this house.

This property was everything as advertised. The pool was a perfect addition to great private non crowded beach vacation. Excellent facility and location.

Perfect AGP House

We loved the house! Perfect for a large family. The owners have though of everything from pool floats to beach chairs to a crock pot! The pool is an added bonus and the close walk to the Tiki Hut makes for a fun afternoon. Loved our stay.

Great location for a family getaway

We had a great time at this property and enjoyed the layout of the house. The outdoor space was very nice and very child friendly with locking gates around the property.

Excellent Experience

The house has plenty of space, the deck on the Gulf side was great for relaxing and watching Dolphin activities, weather was excellent enough for us to use the pool, found many shells during low tide walks, also spotted a sting ray not far off the shoreline swimming. We had an excellent time while staying here. Very enjoyable experience!

29th Year Girl's weekend

After 29 years of Girl's trips, we have found the best equipped house ever. The kitchen had everything you needed, the games were plentiful, the bathroom and bedrooms were beautiful and fully supplied. The pool and beach equipment were all we needed. Lisa, property manager was super sweet. We had an awesome time! We will be back, God willing.

This house is absolutely beautiful Very clean and spacious, we had 9 adults and 7 children ages 10 to 3 days old. We never felt on top of each other and had plenty of room. The pool was a huge hit with our family and very clean as well! Definitely will come back again! Thank you lisa for being available anytime we had questions.

Everything you need!

Great property with all the amenities you need. Just bring food! Secluded location, beautiful ocean and beach just steps away from the door. Property manager was very responsive throughout the stay.

Family Fun

We loved that the beach was private and quiet and just a few steps from the house! It was great that all the basic items were supplied so we didn’t need to do a ton of shopping. Everyone enjoyed their week in the sun.

Wonderful place to gather and relax

We had a wonderful time gathering for Thanksgiving. The house has large common rooms, but also plenty of privacy for sleeping. Access to the beach is great and if you just want to watch in indoor comfort, the house has great views of spectacular sunsets, dolphin swimming by and much more.

Wonderful for families

Loved the house and location. Very secluded and felt safe. Loved having the beach and pool right there. House was very well stocked. Only negatives were downstairs and upstairs being basically separate houses and internet wasn’t great. Would stay again.

Beautiful home, gorgeous views

This house was just as lovely as we’d hoped. Views are gorgeous. Beach was perfect for looking for shells, swimming and even dolphin sightings. Plenty of towels, nice rooms and wonderful kitchen. Our adults had the main house and kids were in the downstairs unit. Be advised that stairs to connect up to down are outside. Not an issue for us.

One Beachin Place For Sure

We had 16 total friends and family staying here and there was plenty of room to spread out. We had a few hiccups with the AC and elevator on the front end but the property manager (Lisa) was on it and got things taken care of. The house has just about everything you need for your stay.

Best family vacay

This is a great place to visit! The seclusion was different than what we normally would look for, but that was what made this trip the best ever. Beautiful beach. No crowd. It was incredibly stocked, from kitchen needs to beach chairs and toys. Ms. Lisa was our contact hostess and she was great! We would certainly be interested in visiting this amazing place again!

Wish we could come every year!

This house was absolute perfect for our family of 14! The house is right on the beach which made it super conveient for those with toddlers and young kids to go in and out. We also had babies on the trip and the monitors reached to the pool and the end of the boardwalk on the beach- probably would have reached all the way if we had a longer range monitor. The common areas are roomy and have enough space for everyone- and you cant beat the view! The place was well stocked and clean. We loved our stay!

Family Vacation

This house was beautiful and you truly felt like you’re on your own little island. The condo is completely stocked and has everything imaginable. My only suggestion is to bring your own towels and wash clothes. The condo does supply a few but not enough for a party of 16, we just had to run a daily load of towels. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Stay Enjoy Repeat

Alligator Point is a perfect getaway for any family get together! Our families have been coming to this area for the past 25 years. This is the best home we have rented in A.P.! The pool is definitely a game changer. We love being directly on the beach but you need a break from time to time. Some of the family was not able to enjoy the beach but were able to enjoy the pool. The home has everything you needed for making yourself at home. This will be a home we will return to!
