"Great spot! House is fantastic, they did a really nice job with the remodeling and renovating. We loved the deck as well—gets a good amount of sun and is a good hangout spot. The yard is huge for games like frisbee and tossing a football. Only demerit is the dock—for one, it needs some redoing because it's falling apart. And two, it's not really set up to walk directly into the water because of lily pads and debris/rocks. But the community beach is within walking distance, so still not too...

"A wonderful escape awaits you at Nippo Pond. A family owned retreat that welcomes you as soon as you step in the front door. Spacious and clean with everything you need. The outside shower was one of my favorite perks. Beautiful clean water for a dip or just to relax by. Quiet and peaceful but in reach of many amusements and nearby towns.
