"We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Hammondsport. The hotel is clean and new and clearly well maintained and run. We tried out most of the amenities - the breakfast, pool, nightly firepits. The daily breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have enjoyed and the ladies who managed it were so helpful and kind. The pool was great fun for the kids and the firepits were an unexpected plus. "The pictures online and what you will encounter are on completely different ends of the spectrum. There seems to be a homeless shelter operating on certain floors of the hotel. The hotel stay served it purpose, we will not go back."

"Pedimos una habitación cerca del elevador desde que hicimos la reservación, nos dieron la última habitación del último piso. Al pedirles ahí la habitación más cerca del elevador nos dijeron que tenían muchas reservaciones y que como mucha gente estaba llegando no nos podían cambiar. La limpieza la hicieron a medias y bastante temprano. "
