"We enjoyed our stay at this sweet B&B. Joan met us at the door and gave us the door code and WiFi password (they were posted as well), provided a little history of the beautiful home and arranged a time for breakfast the following morning. Breakfast every morning was delicious! We will definitely be returning when...

"We could not have asked for a nicer host and hostess!"

"Breakfast was outstanding"

"What a stunningly beautiful place to stay! The house is beautifully maintained and just emits a sense of history and tradition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and the property is in outstanding condition. The food was great and our room (the Signature Suite) was luxurious. Highly recommend this beautiful property as the place to stay in Olean or the immediate surrounding area."

"The room was clean, the house beautiful and the host made a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed talking to her."

"We had a wonderful weekend get away! Three couples enjoying each others company. Plenty of space, very clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds. Over all a perfect place to stay! We attended the Tall Pines ATV parks winter run. We were able to ride our machines right from the house! Only took 5 minutes! Samantha was an amazing host! "

"Perfect place for us to stay with 4 adults and 2 kids. Host was super nice and was fast with communication when we had questions."
