Buen hotel
Tiene buena ubicación, junto al centro ciudad. Habitaciones insonorizadas y amplias. Colchones firmes, algo difícil de encontrar en Holanda. Personal correcto. Plazas limitadas de aparcamiento con lo cual se recomienda aparcar. El desayuno correcto. Recomiendo pedir habitaciones que den atrás para evitar posibles ruidos de la calle principal aunque la zona es tranquila. Muy buen wifi

Excelente ubicación y muy buena atención
Nos hospedamos dos noches en el Amrâth. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, frente a un canal, con una linda vista, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de trenes Alkmaar Central y a otros 5 minutos a pie, pero en sentido contrario, de las principales atracciones de la ciudad de Alkmaar. El hotel es muy limpio y la habitación que nos asignaron era amplia y con todas las comodidades, incluyendo una caja de seguridad (safety box). El hotel ofrece un desayuno con costo adicional, que no tomamos porque teníamos invitaciones a otros lugares. El personal es muy amable. En general, tuvimos una muy agradable estadía.

Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden aber kostet 18,50 Eur pro Tag. Draußen parken ist noch teurer, deswegen macht man es dann auch. Das trübt etwas den allgemein sehr positiven Gesamteindruck. Einen Morgens passierte es, dass die Servicekraft ins Zimmer kam trotz „nicht stören Schild“. Das sollte eigentlich nicht passieren. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer groß genug, sauber, es gibt kostenlos Tee und Kaffee. TV eingeschränkt.

Pleasant overnight stay for a family event. The room was clean, warm and well presented. Staff attentive and friendly. Convenient walking distance from the railway station and close to town. Breakfast was a self service buffet which was very nice. Would be very happy to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights. They charged us for breakfast twice when we did not eat breakfast a single time there. No apologies for the over charge, still waiting for the refund. We didn’t get a thank you for staying with us, they didn’t ask how our stay was. It was very transactional with them. Not to mention how uncomfortable the beds and pillows were. I saw a sign stating we could ask for a different type of pillow which we did, only to receive the same pillow that looked to belong on a couch rather than a bed. Would not recommend this hotel.

It may take some time for this amount to be returned to your account. This has to do with the processing time from bank to bank.We are sorry to hear that the beds and pillows were not comfortable. We indeed have a pillow menu available with different types of pillows, so there is something comfortable for everyone. If the pillow you received is not to your liking, you can always ask for another pillow. Sorry to hear that you will not recommend our hotel. We did not have the impression during your stay that you were not satisfied. We have a 24-hour front desk that is always happy to assist you. If something was not to your satisfaction we would have liked to hear this during your stay instead of afterwards so that we could have solved it right away. Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen an der Altstadt, wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Bahnhof sind es knapp 20 min. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war gegen ein anderes Gebäude in wenigen Metern, was aber zimmerbedingt war. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal okay. Probleme gab es nur mit der Türkarte beim Auschecken, da diese bereits vor der Auscheckzeit gesperrt war und man zwei mal zur Rezeption musste, damit diese wieder freigeschaltet wird. Das Hotel kann man mit okay bewerten.

Prima verblijf gehad in een nette kamer, alleen jammer dat de nachtportier om 23:00 besloot de bar dicht te gooien zonder een aankondiging. Op de site staat dat de bar tot 00:00 open is. Ook was de portier alles behalve vriendelijk tegen andere gasten die er wat van zeiden. Erg jammer, want de dames achter de bar/receptie zijn wel erg vriendelijk.

バスタブがあるのは大変良かったです。長旅の疲れが取れました。やや設備が古く、電源が少ないのが少し不便でした。

Het hotel is netjes en de kamers waren schoon. Vriendelijk personeel en altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden. Prima ontbijt, had vroeg ontbijt ingepland (7:30) nog niet alles stond toen klaar aan warme gerechten dat was het enige kleine minpunfje.
