"Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. "Very disappointed with the poor quality of my stay. Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. "This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".)
We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect!
The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft.

"Pet friendly, close to the attractions I was interested in. A lot of confusion at first, probably my fault for not fully understanding the listing. The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking."
