Property was not cleaned before we got there. Floors had visible dirt and sand everywhere. Was pee in the guest toilet and 1 bath towel was dirty. Contacted owner and had cleaning person come by and wanted me to pay to get it cleaned. Kitchen was missing a bunch of stuff. Only 3 knives in the drawer. Upstairs balcony was getting work done and was not told before I arrived.

Brought our vessel over from Ft. Lauderdale and had no problem checking into the marina. FYI, there is customs and immigration at the marina so you don’t need to stop at Bimini Big game to check in there. There is only 30ft of usable dockage due to the wave runner dock. The marina only allows 5ft of overage so if you have over a 35ft boat this may not work for you. The condo is in a great location but you will need a golf cart unless you plan to stay on property. Pool is very nice and has a small beach below you can use except at high tide. Over all the condo is in good shape and the Beds are comfortable. Unless you’re planning on eating out every night, bring spices, supplies etc. you can get it on the island, but at twice the cost of the mainland. We did experience some power outages, but it’s an island and should be expected. Overall, 4 of 5 and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

As describe great place good communication with owner.

We stay for 4 days, location is great as describe across the street from Hilton Hotel. Dock has a good size and good location in Fisherman Marina. Property was clean everything worked. Good communication with owner. Very responsive and available right away. Will definitely stay again.

Hospitable, enjoyable, accommodating and clean.

Bernie was very accommodating. The villa was amazing, the location was amazing, all items described in the listing were there and operable. The villa was very clean and plenty of living area. We were in Bimini on private vessel and came into some extreme weather, Bernie was able to work with us on an extension and handled us with care all the while he was in the extreme weather working on staying safe himself. Bernie checked in on our safety even once we arrived back home. 10 stars on this villa and host. We will be renting from Bernie again. Thank you, Bernie.

Great place to stay arriving on private vessel.

First time to Bimini and this rental worked out great! It was an easy golf cart ride to the marina each day to take the boat out. We relaxed at the pool while the bartender cooked our catch of the day. House came equipped with everything we needed and Bernie was very responsive with any questions we had. Over all a amazing trip and we can't wait to come back.

Overall was an amazing experience, good place to stay, super close to Marina, the second store bathroom or tub did not flushed so. Had to use the plunge to unclog whatever was inside the tub pipe. Very nasty see things floating and not see the water run smooth through the pipe.

Bimini weekend at Bimini Bay

Bernie was very friendly and attentive to anything we needed. The house was clean and the washer dryer was a plus. The boat slip was in a very central place and close by the house. Only a golf cart away. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Accommodations

This villa was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Everyone within the resort was very friendly and helpful. The host, Bernie, was very helpful and answered any questions that I had prior to our arrival. The boat dock that came with the rental at Fisherman's Village was a nice touch since we came by private vessel. Just remember to check into the marina if you arrive by private vessel so they can have a credit card on file for any electric or water usage. We rented a golf cart (A Must!) from Sue & Joy's to travel on the island. Thank you, Bernie, for your hospitality.

Great stay

Unit was clean and conveniently located near the infinity pool and casino. Slip included was also in a good location in the marina. Bernie was super helpful and pleasant during all communications. We also rented a golf cart that made getting around the property very easy.
