Our stay in Bimini was amazing! The home was beautiful, spacious, and exactly what we needed. The host was friendly and communicated with us throughout our trip. We had zero problems and enjoyed every moment. Definitely booking with Rick whenever I’m headed to Bimini Highly recommended

Rick was a great host and very responsive. This is a little bigger 2 bedroom unit with a more spacious living room but smaller kitchen than others. The kitchen is stocked with some essentials like pots/pans/utensils and has a coffee maker but no water filter. The location is great and walking distance to the pool and just a short drive to the Resorts World 360 pool club. If we come back, we would consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Rick’s condo! When we arrived it so so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. If we needed anything Rick w as right there to answer questions. One day they w ere having trouble with the water on the island and Rick kept us informed and up to date. I have never met Rick but what a nice gentlemen he is. I would highly recommend this spacious, nice and clean condo! Thank you Rick for everything!

Perfect spot

Bimini Bay is a great place! and this unit was perfect for my daughter and me. It was clean and accommodating. The host was responsive, and the local caretaker even checked with us personally after we had a concern. You have to go to the community pool and meet Tones, who is not only a great host but a chef to be remembered! The island people are genuine and friendly. The natural beauty of the island is amazing.

Condo Needs Work and Deep Cleaning - Honest Review!!!

My wife and I rented the condo for the whole month of February with friends coming to visit. Initial impression was the condo looked nice but definitely had a musty smell upon entering. Below are issues we found:1. I kept smelling what I thought was a dead mouse in the kitchen. After searching around, I opened the dishwasher and found standing nasty water in it that smelled atrocious! Very disgusting to say the least. Ran the dishwasher and then that smell was gone.2. Garbage disposal did not work. I found that it was jammed, and the breaker was popped. Repaired! 3. Broken microwave handle that owner already knew about from 2 guests ago.4. Guest shower was clogged with hair and our guests had standing water in tub ankle deep. I pulled out tons of hair and cleared the drain. 5. Only 1 pot and 1 skillet. No lids. 1 cookie sheet. Needs full set of cookware! Had a chef friend as guest and he couldn't believe it!6. Worn out can opener. Junk!7. Plastic water pitcher I used to clean tub was cracked and wouldn't hold water. Should be in trash!8. 2 GFCI receptacles in kitchen do not work and could not be reset. (I have a lot of knowledge in construction, plumbing, and electrical btw.)9. Guest bath sink hot water barely trickled out.10. BLACK MOLD IN SHOWER AND UP CURTAIN IN MASTER.11. Loose door handles.12. 2 of 3 ceiling fans had light or pull chain issues. 13. Filthy couch.14. Missing light bulbs.Below standards for a rental! 100% honest review!

Wonderful Stay

Rick is a fantastic host! Beautiful place, exactly as pictured. Clean and cozy. As a group of girls, we really appreciated the security guard at the gate as well as the other amenities.

Great Place

We stayed for the weekend and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of toiletries, lovely community, and wonderful pool area. This was our first trip to Bimini and we weren't sure how to get to the townhouse. A nice young man ended up taking us to get our wrist bands and brought us to the townhouse. We also weren't sure how to get the airport from the townhouse, but plenty of people helped us along the way. Everyone on the island is super friendly.

The VrBo exceeded my expectations. However, it would have been an even greater stay if the bedrooms windows had "Black-out curtains." The rental was beautiful!

Lovely Condo

My two sisters and I stayed at Rick’s condo. The condo was comfortable, with plenty of space for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the location and we especially loved the access to the infinity pool! I definitely plan on returning to Bimini Bay in the future, and would be happy to stay at this condo again.

Nice place for boys fishing trip or family

Close to marina. Ac worked as did appliances. Hot water friendly cleaning staff no drama we will stay here again and bring back the kids. The infinity pool was very nice as well.

Owner very understanding and easy to work with

We had a death in my wife's family and had to cancel approximately one week prior to the reservation date. Rick, the owner, was very understanding and promised to work something out with us if we can travel later this year. Although we didn't stay in the home, the professionalism and understanding from this owner deserves a 5 star review. The best time to find out who you're dealing with is when things go wrong and Rick was a gentleman.

Nice location, close to desired beach club

Property is in good conditions and we'll located in the complex, not to far not to close to beach club. Communications with the host were excellent, except for a misunderstand on the beginning relating to length of stay, but that was quickly resolved by the host, only reason I can not give a 5 *s on check-in process. The best property amenity is definitely the beach club, with it's beautiful ocean front pool, bar, chairs and umbrella and the landscape combined surrounded by the deep blue ocean. Just check with owner the club schedule for "Virgin Island Cruises', when they come, they have the club for themselves. It was not an issue since we could program other activities.

Perfect!

The condo is very spacious, extremely comfortable (especially the beds) and exceptionally clean. Rick, our host, was quick to respond to any questions we had and check-in/check-out was very easy. The HOA has a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the ocean. I definitely recommend Rick's condo to anyone looking to stay in Bimini. We would definitely stay there again.
