Una lástima que siendo un hotel caro nadie ayude con el equipaje. Tampoco hay donde estacionar el carro para subir y bajar el equipaje. La señora que atiende el check in es mal encarada. Es caro para un trato así

Solo ubicación y vistas
El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, pero es muy viejo, la comida deja bastante que desear, y las habitaciones están un poco descuidadas. Los grifos de la bañera goteaban. La tele en la habitación era una smart tv, seria mejor tener menos calidad de televisión y más calidad en las instalaciones, principalmente por que el wifi era lo justo para usar whatsapp, por que para el resto de cosas no iba, por lo que para usar la smart tv, tampoco por que no la tenían conectada a la red. La piscina climatizada no la vimos abierta ningún día. La nevera de la habitación era lo mejor, enfriaba muchisimo y las vistas desde la terraza. El resto, dejaba mucho que desear. Una pena, por que está en el centro del pueblo y la playa no está mal del todo. No tiene aparcamiento, y aparcar por alli es una odisea.

playa de ensueño
El hotel está en una hermosa playa, aún en invierno tuvimos muy buena experiencia. La atención fue amable, y el hotel cuenta con todos los servicios básicos.

Our first impression was of Jose who checked us in fill us in on all the information we needed about the hotel and the surrounding area and from that moment on all the staff At the hotel were extremely nice and helpful made us feel very comfortable We loved staying at this hotel and don't think we would stay anywhere else when we come back to Abufeira

Our second stay here at this hotel. It was just as good as the first, excellent breakfasts which we had included. Rooms are spacious and have the most amazing view over the beach. We'll be back here again

Parking on the entire area is completely impractical, but that's not the fault of anyone business...just worth mentioning so anyone visiting knows what to expect. Staff was amazing, the view from the lobby and room was fantastic, and there were tons of options for food and shopping around.

Beautiful oceanfront property where everyday you can welcome the sunrise and witness the sunset. The buffet breakfast included in your stay is one of the best with lots of selection to please every taste. Luis entertained us nightly and the dancers on sunday were amazing. Hotel is in an ideal location close to great restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to return.

Great location, breakfast was good, seaview rooms, was fantastic. Booked 2 twin rooms, one was fine the second one which i was staying in had several problems. On the first day we gound the sink was blocked and draining very slowly, after reporting this nothing was done until day 2 it was completely blocked. Had to spwak to reception 3 times before someone came to fix it. The next day the electric went off, next door room was absolutely fine. Called recpetion and again response was slow they came after 40 minutes even though id told them we had an excursion booked. On day 4 electric tripped again, this time they came in 20 minutes and found the elecgric keeps going off dhe to the faulty fridge i the room. Not happy with the room, if we didnt have the avoce issues then this is an amazing locatio

The room is great, nice view, the staff is mostly great, except for the one receptionist that wasn’t very pleasant, but what bothered me was the lack of parking and the noise in the room from what happens in the hallway. Overall, a good stay, great location, would stay again with ear plugs and prepared to work to and from the car.

Excelent location. The sea to one side of the hotel and you are right by the old town on the other side The room and balcony were spacious and nicely decorated. Could have done with a kettle in the room instead of the coffee machine as the coffee pods were never replaced by the housekeeping staff even though we were there for 5 nights, the fridge didn’t get any of our drinks cold but we weren’t bothered so didn’t mention anything to the staff. There were many options for the breakfast but the dinner was on and off, some days better than others. Although the hotel was right by the beach and we had great views of it from our room/balcony, please note the sun loungers you can see in front of the hotel are not included in your room rate even though it looks like it’s part of the hotel, they charge €20 for 2 chair (all day), good to bear in mind as we weren’t aware that was the case before we booked. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely return, and would also recommend for anyone looking to stay at the old town area.

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert. Der Allgemeinteil jedoch nur teilweise. Frühstücksraum ist alt. Top ist die nähe zum Zentrum.Das Zimmer Schliesssystem ist ziemlich laut.

L'hôtel n'est pas à blâmer, il aurait pu refuser votre séjour, il aurait peut-être mieux valu que vous ne donniez pas une mauvaise note à l'hôtel.

Amazing service
The staff at the front desk and breakfast restaurant were very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast buffet was very complete and for the last day since we were flying very early, they prepared us a very nice to go box. Very convenient location in front of the ocean and steps to all the shops, restaurants and night life.
