Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viel Ruhe und reichlich Platz für unseren Hund. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Bei Fragen und Wünschen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Supermarkt und mehrere gute Cafés und Restaurants waren waren fussläufig zu erreichen.

Maison au calme

Heureusement, la piscine était recouverte car fraîche au mois d’octobre. La mer a 10 mn de la maison, c’était très bien. Avons visité de nouveau certaine villes comme Lecce que nous avions déjà visitée. Très bon séjour avec soleil. À recommander car très propre.

Amazing - A Perfect Stay in Puglia

We just returned from the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Puglia! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was immaculate—spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly attended to. You can tell that a lot of care and pride goes into maintaining this property. Maurizio was an absolute gem! So welcoming and always available for anything we needed, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems in the area. Their hospitality truly made our trip special, ensuring that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The villa itself is a haven of peace and tranquility, set in the stunning Puglian countryside. The outdoor pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while the interiors were stylish, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We can't recommend this villa highly enough!

Relaxing Family Holiday

We are a family of seven and had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful property. Excellent communication with the hosts, Maurizio and his family. The home is really well finished, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed so much time around the pool that the children were reluctant to leave to visit the local sights! We had a rental car but it is possible to walk to local supermakets and coffee shops. Plenty to see in the area. We hope to return to this beautiful home in beautiful Italy!

Una splendida location nella magnifica Puglia

Siamo stati davvero bene in 5 (2 adulti e 3 bimbi di 11,7 e 2/3 anni) La casa è splendida ben curata e ha davvero tutto. Maurizio è un ottimo host che ci ha accolto con ottimi pasticciotti e vino. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è una posizione strategica per raggiungere in un tempo minimo (da 20min ad un'ora) tutte le splendide spiagge delle coste adriatiche e ioniche. Un solo suggerimento per l'host, all'atto del check-in consiglio a Maurizio di fare vedere anche gli impianti tecnici. Nello specifico abbiamo avuto un problema con la temperatura dell'acqua dell'idromassaggio nel trullo (magnifico!!) e causa anche la concomitanza con un breve periodo di assenza dell'host, non siamo riusciti negli ultimi giorni a godere il tepore iniziale (credo che sapere muovere due valvole per attemperare l'acqua sia facile se istruiti); allo stesso modo è finita la bombola del gas ed ho provveduto a fare il passaggio sull'altra scollegata dal circuito (fortunatamente non sono a digiuno di impianti ed avevo addocchiato le due bombole nella parte posteriore della casa ho risolto immediatamente). Splendido il barbecue usato due volte... goduria pazzesca insieme ai comfort della casa ed il tavolo sotto il gazebo davanti alla splendida piscina. Ribadisco ottima esperienza ed i suggerimenti (non sono critiche) solo per permettere all'host di migliorare ulteriormente l'eccellenza che offre. grazie Daniele

A gem of a place

We’ve had the most amazing, relaxing and peaceful stay at this villa. Arrival to all we needed and more…water, pastries, bits to make a meal and a beautiful clean, tidy and welcoming villa. This is a villa in a remote and quiet area. There is a supermarket within a 10 minutes walk or about 5 if you ride one of the bikes available. There is also a pizzeria in walking distance and a cash point and smaller mini market. Maurizio is the perfect host. He gave us details of contact for both airport transfer and car hire. We also used Roberto (transfer taxi) a couple of evenings to visit restaurants in Allessano and Corsano. Maurizio also provided us with details of a chef (Elena) who came and cooked an amazing meal for us at the villa one evening. This was 100€ plus the cost of the groceries. Well worth taking this opportunity and trying local and traditional dishes. The spa pool is also a great addition and boiling of an evening when warmed all day by the solar panels! The kids loved this! The main pool is beautiful and cleaned several times during our stay. This is a well appointed villa with all you need (except a toaster), comfy beds, super showers and super comfy beds! Thank you also Maurizio for my special birthday cake! Such a lovely surprise. Thank you for letting us stay. We will return!

First visit to Salento

Maurizio’s villa had everything we needed for a very pleasant visit to Salento. Maurizio made sure we had everything we needed, including providing a crib for the one year old in our group. The wines and food provided for us on our arrival helped us quickly recover from our long drive from Bari. We made good use of the pool during our stay, as it was unseasonably hot in the region for this time of year. As the late evenings did cool down, we also used the jacuzzi spa, which has a very unique design Overall, a pleasant family holiday in an attractive and well equipped villa.

A Piece of paradise.

We have stayed for a week at La Chicca, the house is perfect, spacious, airy and well built, our children absolutely loved all the house had to offer. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, all air-conditioned and equipped with mosquitoes net all over, we absolutely can't fault it. Maurizio was amazing, it was great to meet you, was very prompt for if we required any information or help with anything, the welcome pack with some wine and fresh strawberries from the house own garden was lovely, oh and also the box with some pasticciotto, a region pastry delicacy, that was delightful, shops with one minute distance, bikes available for our use was a great addition. Having your own means of transport is recommended as the beautiful beaches around is all at a little driving distance. Overall, I don't know what else to say, the property is stunning, we had a perfect stay, definitely looking to come back at some point, would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for having us. Beautiful villa, quiet location

Outstanding villa, with great pool, jacuzzi and fantastic outside area. Inside very well equipped for eating in and relaxing. Quiet location, not overlooked so you have your own private space. Coffee shop and supermarket within walking distance, and within 10 mins drive to coast with great bars and fantastic views. Overall a fantastic stay x

Herrliches Objekt mit wunderbarem Pool

Wunderschönes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage

Wir (meine Frau und ich) waren mit unseren beiden Hunden vom 01.10.-15.10.2022 vor Ort. Maurizio ist super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Mit englisch und natürlich deutsch kommt man in der Region und auch bei Maurizio nicht weit. Wir konnten uns aber mit dem Google Übersetzer behelfen :-) Das Haus ist wunderschön und super sauber. Das Grundstück ist allein durch die Größe traumhaft, unseren Hunden hat es gefallen da es auch komplett eingezäunt ist. Der Whirlpool, auf den wir uns sehr gefreut hatten, ist an sich toll gedacht nur leider war er für uns nicht nutzbar da er ausschließlich durch die Sonne geheizt wird und daher lediglich eine Temperatur von max. 25 grad hatte. Wer also einen Whirlpool mit 35-40 grad Temperatur erwartet, wird leider enttäuscht, es sei denn es ist Hochsommer. Diese Info hätte wir gerne vorher gehabt, da der Preis von 200€ die Nacht somit für uns nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Ob der Fehler hier bei FeWo liegt oder bei Maurizio kann ich nicht beurteilen. Gleiches gilt für den tollen Swimmingpool, hier wird mit einer Poolüberdachung geheizt, die Wassertemperaturen waren aber für uns ausreichend zur Abkühlung. Alle drei Tage kam Maurizio mit Unterstützung um den Pool zu reinigen und das Grundstück zu pflegen ohne das man sich dadurch gestört fühlt. Alles in allem hatten wir erholsame zwei Wochen die zu einem Preis von 150,00€ die Nacht, aufgrund der Abstriche, gut bezahlt gewesen wären. Wenn man das berücksichtigt hat man eine tolle Zeit in einem schönen Haus bei einem tollen Vermieter der einem sogar mit Geschenken begrüßt.

Simply Stunning

As others have already mentioned the pictures do not do the property justice as its even better in the flesh, Simply beautiful property and grounds so well Maintained and the pool is pristine. As for the Host Maurizio, Nothing is to much trouble and he always comes back with answers when asked so promptly - The greeting and warm welcome we received really was a great start to our holiday as was the nice surprise on entry (No Spoilers) We were two families of 4 and although the area is quite remote it does have have everything you need in walking distance - If you did wish to travel further afield you would need to hire a car as public transport is few and far between (Maurizio did tell us that pre arriving) - We used a Taxi (Friend of Host) wwho was so helpful during our stay that we didnt need the car hire in the end. We also made use of the Chef that visits on 2 occasions and lets just say you certainly wont be left hungry or Underwhelmed (Food was Fab) All in All the only downside was leaving and if i was ever to visit the area again id be sure to stay !
