This is a beautiful property! The kids loved the trails and the available kayaks and paddle boards. The house is a really great setup for kids to play in separate areas when needed and for families to have their own areas as well. Host was very responsive and everything was as listed or even better! Highly recommended and would love to come back sometime!

Family Summer Gathering

We spent a week with our five children, their spouses and 3 grand kids. As advertised, it promised peace and solitude and it delivered. We spent the hot days at the dock swimming and on the paddle boards. We brought the Blackstones and along with the supplied grill, we cooked every meal outside on the deck. The boys had a great time using the gun range. On the rainy days, enjoyed the ping pong table, games and foosball. Groomed trails are everywhere and we saw many deer, bald eagles and a family of swans. All the kids gave the week 5 stars!

Family vacation

This property is kayak heaven. Explored all the connecting lakes and we highly recommend if you love kayaking. So much wildlife several pairs of trumpeter swans, Eastern River Otters, many deer, so many birds, and small critters. Fishing is also good. The property is very secluded. Great property for dogs and the trails were fun to hike on. Swimming was another plus and you are able to swim right from the dock. We also loved the ping pong and played many hours. The washer and dryer made washing towels and clothes a breeze. Golf courses near by. A few maintenence items could be attended to but didn’t detract from all the great reasons to stay at this home.

30th Birthday Weekend

We booked this property to have a relaxing weekend over food with friends in a beautiful space. The house was amazing and a great size for our group of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and we spent a ton of time cooking meals to enjoy together in the space. The property was stunning and so private. We absolutely will be back!

Great weekend

This property is absolutely beautiful! It all starts with the long driveway that makes you feel like you're leaving all your stress behind at the main road. The fire pit by the lake is the perfect spot to unwind—you can see a sky full of stars with no light pollution.The house itself has everything you need to stay entertained, even if the weather doesn't cooperate. And the walking trails offer hours of outdoor adventure and exploration.We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect place

We stayed here once before, and it was just as perfect as last time. The house has everything you could possibly want or need: Games, puzzles, ping-pong, table, kayaks. It has a view in every direction and lots of spaces together in smaller groups if you want. But possibly the best part is that it’s in the woods with no visible neighbors, and a view of the lake. Checking in and out with the host is super easy as well.

Perfect Getaway Home

Tha Land is a perfect getaway from the busy city life! We enjoyed our stay very much, even the kids had a great time. The house was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, and lots of games to keep us all entertained. The big screen tv was a plus to watch Sunday football. The location was perfect, the surroundings were ideal for afternoon family walks, the fire pit by the lake was a nice touch also. Our overall stay was perfect! We will definitely be coming back.

The Land

This is my family‘s second stay; our first was in 2020 before the addition of the rec room. What a great decision that was! We had a great time walking the trails, sitting around the bonfire at night, and we always enjoy and take advantage of the range. Mike has always been great with this communication and getting back to you right away if you ever need anything, so my suggestion is to stop looking and book it. You won’t regret it.

Another great summer getaway!

This is the second year we've stayed (4 adults, 4 teenagers). Never disappointed. The kids love the property... swimming, fishing, kayaking and hiking. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Enjoyed our nights playing games and watching movies on the large TV. It was a wonderful vacation for everyone!

4th Trip

We had another amazing time here. This was the 2nd time the lake was flooded, but we were able to make the best of everything. Mike was very accommodating. The new addition was amazing with the extra space. Looking forward to another vacation there making great memories with family and friends.

July 4th week stay

House is absolutely beautiful! Everyone enjoyed the fishing. Unfortunately, we could not take advantage of the trails due to ticks. Tried it once and everyone got ticks on them. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Outdoor Paradise

Secluded waterfront location

The best part about this property is its location. Away from traffic, but next to water and interior. Home is clean and comfortable for our 3 families. Mike was responsive. He even allowed us to checkout an hour late.
