We were looking for a fun place to spend Christmas with our family of 14, which includes 8 grandkids that range in ages from 9 months to 15 years old, and thankfully we found this amazing property. It is beautifully designed and we especially enjoyed the Christmas Trees and other holiday decorations! In addition, there are enough bedrooms that everyone had their own comfortable space and the community spaces are large enough to comfortably seat our family. This includes two living rooms on the first floor, the nicely equipped kitchen, dining room, the downstairs entertainment area, the indoor pickle ball area and the amazing indoor swimming pool! We also enjoyed the walking trail that circles this beautiful property! Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Nick who made the renting process pleasant and easy!

Excellent VRBO Thanksgiving stay for our family of 28. We had a wonderful time. Well stocked. Lots and lots of room. Pool and basement games were a huge hit for the kids. Beautiful view of the lake from the dining room area. Maintenance when asked was quick and friendly. Beautiful and well kept grounds. Would absolutely recommend this location.IF you want to get food, would recommend going to Walmart in Coldwater on I69 - about 25 minutes from the VRBO (Union City grocery store good but limited).

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house and property are beautiful and there was plenty of things to do. Our whole family was able to enjoy every minute of our stay, from swimming in the pool, playing games and walking around the property. Our favorite was being able to enjoy the fall views while eating meals in the kitchen with the whole family.

The pool area was amazing! Certainly the highlight of the trip. The house beautiful. The walking trail was lovely and used plenty. Pickle ball was a blast. Air hockey and darts perfect for the teens and we even had poker night at the poker table. Successful family reunion! Everyone from age 2 to 90 had the best time ever.The rocks out back were a bit odd and got tracked inside. But Roy brought over a couple rubber mats and they helped a ton. My only complaint is the best located outdoor space is the rock area. A patio or grass there would be a huge improvement.But a super fabulous house with great amenities and very nice gas grill. We cooked all meals for 18 to 20 people for 3 days and it worked well. Based on earlier reviews we brought our own knives and glad we did.Maintenance staff attentive and perfect for family reunion.

We came here for a family reunion. We had 25 people of all ages. This was a wonderful place to stay. The house is absolutely amazing. There was plenty of space, a lot to keep everyone busy, and the pool was great. Would highly recommend this place.

The property is amazing! So much space. We had 17 people and everything was perfect for us. From dining together, to fishing, to swimming, to outside game playing. And let’s not forget about the beautiful 3/4 mile walking trail around the property. Just an all around perfect place to have a family reunion. Private and peaceful property.

Great family time

We had a great time. Love the addition of the indoor pickle ball court. Besides the pool, that was used the most. Also ping pong table, large Connect 4 game plus the card table made the trip well worth the expense. Thanks for everything.

Amazing Stay – Perfect for a Large Group!

Our group had an incredible time at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning lakefront views and the impressive amenities. The indoor pool was a huge hit with both kids and adults, and having an indoor pickleball court was a fantastic bonus. The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and comfortably accommodated our large group of 30 without ever feeling crowded.The kitchen was well-equipped for big meals, the common areas were perfect for gathering, and the outdoor space provided a peaceful retreat by the water. The hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay.If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, fun, and relaxation, this is it. Family birthday weekend

We had a fun weekend at the house celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. There is plenty of room and something for everyone to do. The pool area is great, and the grandkids had a blast. I would recommend staying at the house, especially for large groups and kids/teenagers.
