We were able to book this property, both up and down units as well as the upper unit next door. We booked this quite in advance and had to make a couple of changes and the host immediately did this for us. We did find the heat in one of the units was not working (likely because we were right in the middle of a seasonal change) and once reported it was fixed within half...

Property is at a perfect location which makes banff, canmore and jasper reachable and accessible. I highly recommend this place"

"Property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. The location was great, we had a great view of the mountains and it is within a short walking distance of downtown. There are plenty of stores around so getting groceries was easy too. One thing to consider is that there are train tracks right outside the parking lot, so if you're a light sleepler you might want to get some earplugs at night. But the noise wasn't bad enough to keep us...
