"This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is."

"Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were...

"The house was a little better than a backpacking place. The fixtures were rusted, door locks were coming off and blinds were broken and some of them including the ones in the master bedroom couldn’t be opened or closed. We had to be in a master bedroom whose blinds were broken incomplete and couldn’t be closed or opened so we had to get dressed in a tiny bathroom where there was insufficient light. "5 of us had a lovely stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful, great for walks for our dogs, and had a really nice outdoor for the dogs to play in. The house was nice and clean especially since this is a pet friendly listing - I was shocked at how well kept the place was. Check out was extremely easy, and our host Nikil was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay here again 100%!"
