The Space:

There are four large bedrooms, three impeccable bathrooms and two light-filled living areas where you can spread out and relax. The commanding water views are on show from almost every room in the house including in the kitchen. This holiday home features sweeping Caesarstone benchtops, a gas cooktop, an electric oven and high-end fixtures



Bamboo flooring flows underfoot and continues into the dining and lounge room with direct access to the covered entertaining deck. Being freshly painted and fully air-conditioned, there is also a second living area also opens to its own deck.



All the bedrooms are spacious and inviting. With ocean views from a private balcony, the main bedroom features a huge walk-in robe, a small study nook and an ensuite with a spa. Two of the guest bedrooms have built-in robes, one has its own bathroom and another has a private balcony. The main bathroom is housed on the second level while a combined bathroom/laundry is located upstairs.



Adding to the long list of features is a double carport, with storage, parking for a boat/trailer, Jet skis or other toys. You will be on an 806sqm block along a quiet street and just a short walk down the street to Airlie Beach's shops, entertainment, Lagoon and foreshore.



Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens . Linen and bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).
