Very enjoyable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at this property. Great view and well located. The lounge has a bit of a forward slope so would be a big improvement if the lounge was replaced and the kitchen utensils could use a bit of a refresh but these were not major concerns. Would definitely stay again when returning to Airlie Beach!

Apartment kitted out very well with everything you need. Parking easy.

Amazing customer service

We felt the place was a little tired compared to photos, however when we requested a few things from the property manager, they were quick to respond and extremely accommodating! Excellent customer service. The location is fantastic and the pools are lovely. Also really appreciated how easy it was to come and go with a Pram and very easy to access the parking if you hire a car.

The property was in a great location although a little tired looking with the pool steps broken. The unit itself was great except for the lounge suite which I think needs replacing as it was was uncomfortable and sagging. The unit does have everything you need.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, fantastic view, best location. I would certainly bring my family back here again in a heart beat!!! There was some renovations going on at the time we were there which did wake us up in the morning with the loud noises but can't complain otherwise.

It had all that we needed and more. Bed's super comfortable, it was just wonderful and the Host's were so Fantastic, friendly and kept in touch to make sure all was well. All in All an absolutely perfect stay in Airlie Beach :)

Clean tidy and great location.

Our family had a wonderful stay close to the city Centre. Only problems we had were there were no curtains for the main living room which made it very bright inside the unit during the day. So much so you could barely watch TV or relax on the couch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had the best holiday in Airlie Beach. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. The highlight for us was the VIEW! As soon as we stepped inside the apartment we were amazed by the colour of the ocean and that we had 180 degree view of the Coral Sea. We also loved that it was only a short 2 min walk to the main street of Airlie so did not need to use our car at all. The check-in process with Whitsunday Holiday Rentals was smooth and effortless. They even went above and beyond by booking all our tours and recommending fantastic restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks to everyone involved - we'll definitely be back for another unforgettable Airlie Beach adventure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: TLDR: Airlie Horizon / Water's Edge Resort: Fantastic view, lovely balcony and living space. Great team at WHR, attentive, repsonsive and helpful.The apartment was in a GREAT location, and the view was once of the best ever. The staff communiated with we well through messages on , and came to help when we had an issue with the dishwasher. Beds were quite hard, did have some trouble sleeping. Had a great time, but there were a couple of small things that I expected would be better: the main light switch in the bathroom was broken, only 1 extra toilet roll was provided, the plug socket was bedhind the bed, and there was no compartment in the washing machine for detergent, and no clear insturctions for what to do instead - had to look up the manual (mix with 1 ltr of warm water).

Fantastic location

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are a little dated but this didn’t bother us. The trade off is the spectacular view of the blue ocean that you get to wake up to each morning. The location is a short walk to the main street, lagoon and the woolworths, making it very convenient. The walk back is uphill so be prepared to get puffed by the time you get to the property entrance, but don’t let this be a deterrent - be thankful you didn’t book somewhere further up the street! We brought a stroller for our 2yo to sit in and would highly recommend bringing one if you have younger children as their little legs will get tired. The apartment is within the Waters Edge Resort, but is separately let, so be prepared for resort reception to be a little unhelpful at times because of this. However, the Whitsunday Holiday Rentals team are very responsive if you need anything and regularly check in with you during your stay. Highly recommend.
