"The Rainforest Inn is in a class all by itself. The location is convenient to El Yunque Rainforest hikes and easy to get to. The accommodations (and fresh-tasty breakfast) are first rate. You are asked for your coffee order conveniently before breakfast so you can enjoy a fresh cup before breakfast outside overloking the lush vegetation and the Atlantic. The owners greet you when you arrive with a tasty welcoming drink and get yoi settled in. A wonderful, helpful staff (shout out to Diane)...

"Great location. 10 min from airport. Beach is right behind the building. Multiple restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Grocery store and Walgreens/CVS in walking distance for any needs. Nearby to pick-up points for excursion companies. Ubers readily and quickly available. Secure location. 24/7 desk concierge. Near busy street but rental was amazingly quiet. Very responsive management."

"Reservamos la habitación para atender una boda y viajamos desde lejos para luego encontrarnos que el lugar estaba básicamente abandonado. Tratamos de contactar al anfitrión durante el día y no obtenía respuesta. Llegamos a la propiedad a la hora de hacer check in pero tampoco nadie nos recibió y el lugar parecía completamente abandonado. No nos quisieron dar un reembolso a pesar de que no fue culpa nuestra ni tampoco cancelamos el viaje. "
