    Increíble, absoluta propiedad frente al mar ahora disponible para vacaciones! Aire acondicionado, patio enorme para botes más instalaciones para limpieza de peces, terraza grande, mascotas y 3 televisores. Lalapanzi es el lugar tranquilo perfecto para relajarse y descansar mientras escucha el sonido tranquilo de las olas y los pájaros en la puerta.

    Esta propiedad moderna, bien equipada y espaciosa, ofrece lo mejor en alquiler vacacional con absoluta playa. Un corto paseo por la cubierta, a través del jardín y por el camino de arena lo llevará a la hermosa playa de Agnes Water. Solo unos pocos kilómetros en coche lo llevarán al precedente de compras de Agnes Water, cafeterías / restaurantes. Un viaje de tres kilómetros lo llevará a la ciudad de 1770 y su rampa marina / de botes.

    Lalapanzi tiene cuatro espaciosas habitaciones con aire acondicionado que constan de dos camas queen, tres camas individuales, dos literas y once (11) personas en total.

    El dormitorio principal tiene un baño generoso con ducha espaciosa, vestidor enorme y TV / DVD. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una TV / DVD más bata incorporada. El baño principal incluye bañera y ducha. El salón y el comedor bien equipados tienen aire acondicionado, mesa de comedor grande, cómodos salones y TV de plasma y Blue Ray.

    Una cocina moderna y totalmente independiente con 2 heladeras / congeladores grandes con dispensador de agua fría / hielo y lavaplatos hará que entretener sea muy fácil con la sala de estar abierta a la espaciosa terraza que se complementa con un entorno al aire libre y una barbacoa para esos días soleados de playa. relajarse con familiares y amigos o tomar una tarde relajada mientras escucha las olas.

    El ENORME patio delantero con puerto para dos autos está cercado y cerrado, por lo que admite mascotas y es seguro estacionar al menos 3 a 4 botes grandes.

    El patio trasero y el área de la cubierta con vistas al océano están completamente cercados y conducen directamente a la hermosa playa de Agnes Beach o Dune a través de 2 puertas y caminos

Great location and a very comfortable home. Our dogs enjoyed the outdoor deck area and access to the beautiful beach from the back gate. Be mindful of the outdoor furniture.... a huge rat jumped out at me as I was checking for any hidden "danger noodles". Overall a great stay in a nice quiet location.

Check in was a breeze with excellent instructions and directions to property. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We could hear the waves at night and saw more stars than we see at home, much nicer than being in a unit and surrounding properties were quiet. Wish we had booked for longer and hope to return soon.

True beach house

This property is what you imagine when you think of a beach house. Located only meters from the beach with direct access and access to a dune top to enjoy sunrise and sunset which we need most days. Yard is massive at the front and plenty of fenced room at the back as well. The house itself is furnished with comfortable furniture and the layout was very family friendly for children 2 and above. Only thing to note was no WiFi and phone service is very low in that location depending on provider.

Great Beach House at Agnes Water

The House was great and only a short walk over the sand dune to the beach. Pet friendly, it's fully fenched and secure if you have a dog or two that you like to take on holiday with you.

Home sweet home

A terrific house, everyone loved it and felt at home right away. Which was good, as we had a few days of rain. But 3 tvs and multiple places for adults and kids to spread out made it easy. Kitchen and cooking facilities are first rate. Perfect base for Agnes/1770, you can walk into Agnes along the beach if you’re keen enough. We will be back!

We Loved It

Lalapanzi - WOW we loved it so much we just kept coming back!!!!. Our two families have stayed at this great beach front holiday house 3 years running and have wanted to buy it from the day we set foot in the front door (and out the back to the beach). Whether you're a family (young or old) or fisherman and especially if you're both or even if you just need a quite relaxing getaway - Lalapanzi is the bomb, perfect location, well laid out, easy access - AND no reversing the boat. Everyone who stays or visits loves it. Morning beach swims are literally a 1 minute walk away, relaxing afternoon drinks on the back deck every day and the drive in, drive out boat parking is fantastic. The carport for fish cleaning and storing the boat and car under cover and plenty of hoses top it off. We'll definitely be back now." The Lockwood and Christensen Families

Fantastic family home and location

We had 7 to 70 year olds in our family group for a week at Lalapanzi and everyone loved it. Huge yard was great for kids and the dog to play around in. The back deck is a great hang out with the sound of the ocean making it a perfect place to relax in the afternoon. Really well appointed house, the kitchen and laundry are both well equipped. We can't wait to come back! Would highly recommend.

A Relaxing and Fantastic Week

Lalapanzi is a beautiful location. The kids say they loved the beach so near to the house. The beach house was very comfortable, neat and well appointed. It had every thing we needed, including a lovely large living area. If we were not on the beach we spent a lot of time on the large deck relaxing, including listen to the numerous birds and the ocean waves. All members of the two families thoroughly enjoyed the week. We will be coming back to Lalapanzi. We noticed in the guest book that all the other previous guests reviewed Lalapanzi positively as well.
