This was such a fabulous location with lots of activities, and the house is beautiful, new and very clean! The amenities were great, especially for kids. They absolutely loved the hammock, the creek, the games in the game room and the bunk room. Lots of opportunities for cousin bonding! And the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and convenient! Despite the cold, we used the fire pit, the grill and the hot tub and everything was in good condition. We hope to come back again soon!

This is a fantastic property for a getaway. The home is lovely, very well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. Not only is the house spacious and welcoming, the views are incredible and there are a number of seating options for being outdoors which only add to the appeal.All communication between us and the property manager was terrific -- response time was prompt and helpful. When it was time to pack up and head home, we were wishing we had booked a longer stay.Highly recommend!

Incredible Getaway

This property was amazing. We had a wonderful stay there. The porch off the living room was perfect for morning coffee. The beds were comfortable. We loved all of the outdoor space and visits to the creek. We've stayed in Wintergreen previously, and this location worked out so much better as everywhere was just so much closer.

Beautiful and clean property with gorgeous views!

The home was beautiful and so clean! You get a guidebook that clearly explains how to operate tvs, hot tub, etc, and it even detailed some great restaurants in the area that was super helpful! Communication was wonderful, and I had an incredible stay. The hot tub was very clean and the views from the balcony were stunning. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Mountain holiday getaway

My family gathered here for an early christmas weekend getaway. This location was perfectly in the middle of where we all live, while also being near Charlottesville and vineyards. The house was located at the end of a gravel drive with spacious views, a creek to go explore and equipped with a hot tub and firepit. The house was well furnished with plenty of bedding and towels and every sort of kitchen utensil or cookery. The game room was a perfect spot for the kids to play. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a weekend getaway.

Incredible Bachelorette Weekend at This Gorgeous Home

We recently celebrated my best friend's bachelorette weekend at this stunning property, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! The views were absolutely breathtaking — we couldn’t get enough of the beautiful surroundings. The home itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, from dishes and towels to extra blankets and beds. It was truly a home away from home. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, which made everything so much easier. The VRBO hosts were fantastic — very responsive and attentive to all of our questions, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. I would absolutely love to return to this home for future getaways, and we’ll definitely be recommending it to our friends and family. Such a perfect place for any occasion!

This is a lovely, clean, new house with nice amenities for kids and adults. We especially enjoyed the glowing sunsets behind the Blue Ridge Mountains followed by millions of fireflies putting on an encore performance a little bit later.

Wonderful stay!

The house is very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous view of the mountains, had excellent weather, hikes didn't disappoint, the kids and the dog had a blast in the yard, firepit and hottub were a favorite amongst all. We will definitely book this one again.

Wonderful stay

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. The house was spotlessly clean and had just about everything we needed to be very comfortable. We were traveling with multiple kids under 4 years old and there was plenty of space and entertainment both within the house and on the sprawling property. The kids had so much fun exploring the property and the creek. There were even multiple things available we hadn't anticipated to make our stay easier, like toys for the kids, a baby gate, booster seat, and even a baby monitor. We will not hesitate to book this property again!
