"The place itself was so nice. Scenic and after we replaced the batteries in two smoke alarms, very peaceful. It had plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. No salt, pepper or anything like that. "VRBO and the host double booked the place. After a long drive we arrived to a house full of guests who were already unpacked and very unhappy to see us. VRBO's "VRBO Care" would have had us moved from a 4 bedroom house to a hotel for one night, and then the remaining nights at a similar place nearby (but that we would need to find on our own). This was unacceptable so we asked for a full refund."
