"This property warrants more than 5 stars. It is absolutely beautiful with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Pool &grill are an added bonus. 6 adults managed quite well with room for everyone. Apartment is comtemporary in design, very well appointed and gets 5 stars for cleanliness. Neighborhood has lots of good restaurants and wine bars. Can't go wrong with this property. Beautiful !!"

"The host could not have been more helpful and accommodating, answering all our questions and providing assistance quickly. The apt. was wonderful. Vey comfortable bed, everything you would need in the kitchen, very spacious with full living room and dining table, balconies, lot's of light. It was very clean and wonderfully furnished. The building was very nice and the neighborhood was delightful, being close to everything Buenos Aires has to offer. I would stay there again on my next trip."

"The property is in a very hip, trendy neighborhood very close to bars, restaurants, stores, and beautiful parks. Because it is more of a residential area, credit cards and US dollars are not always accepted or welcomed, so keep that in mind. Additionally, it was easy to get to the property and there were plenty of Ubers available (and cheap). "Had a blast here. Group of 12 fit very nicely. The host was very accomodating. He greeteed us with free local beers and was available for any questions we had during the entirety of the trip. The house/hotel was well kept (not including the stairs - but you dont have to use them. The elevator is available). Rooms were nice and comfortable and the common areas perfect for group hangouts. "The contact person never responded to us and never gave us the info needed to get into the apartment. We needed to find another place to stay at the last minute. I recommend that people avoid VRBO and Expedia, due to the lack of response, lack of access, lack or refund, and the need to incur higher costs with alternative lodging.The worst customer service ever."

"The side walk outside was torn up. There was a dirty pot in the sink upon arrival. Water leaked when it rained into the living room. We contacted the host and no one came to see. Impossible to cook. Filthy old pans. No coffee pods and nowhere to purchase. 1 tiny bar of soap for 6 people. No where to plug in lamps by beds. The apartment was dirty. Dirty drawers. Couldn’t hang clothes. "The property had not been cleaned before my arrival. The fridge, the bathroom, the floors, everything was filthy. They hadn’t even swept the floors! There was a dead roach in the living room and a lot of stuff and dust under the beds. The matress in the main bedroom was gross. The light fixture in the kitchen was missing a lightbulb and it was very dark in there. The light fixtures in the hall and the second bedroom stopped working. The water heater was leaking water, flooding the laundry room....

"This is a scam. The owner NEVER sent secur verification of our stay so we were not granted entry. This was my mothers birthday. We spent 5 hours embarrassed in the lobby calling and emailing the host. He NEVER responded. Security said they dont answer their number for them either. They also didnt answer for Vrbo. Very wicked to ruin people's vacation. "
