"The hotel room was missing sheets and blankets in one of the rooms. We were unable to contact anyone to help us and ended up buying them to get a good night's sleep. The room looked remodeled and new, but it was not a pleasant experience. We try to find someone to help us but it was not possible"

"Let me start with the house. It’s beautiful inside and out. It was perfectly equipped for the 5 of us (adults) to stay for our son’s graduation from BMT at Lackland AFB. We all enjoyed the open concept living area and of course the quiet space in our bedrooms. The property manager was responsive and had great communication. "My 10yr old, 20yr old and 23yr old college kiddos, and my husband and I had the best weekend in San Antonio. Casa Pajaritos was a home away from home and had every amenity we could have wanted. The neighborhood was so quiet and very convenient to everything. The grocery store was right around the corner and we had meals at home, just like home. The host was so generous and made himself available for us with anything we needed during our stay. 10 out of 10 for sure!!"

"We had a fantastic stay. We were in the area for our grandsons graduation from boot camp to Air Man. (Aim High) The host are right on top of everything. Enjoyed the game room, pool and hot tub. Cooked great family meals in the kitchen. We absolutely loved this place. So full of wonder. We were expecting a Unicorn to come by. That’s how enchanting it is. Would love to stay again if we are ever in the San Antonio area. Thank you for such a memorable stay. "
