This cute little house, in a neighborhood of other cute historic houses, was a good place to be as we explored the area. It had everything we needed, with room to spread out, and have all the things we have at home. It was cutely updated and decorated. The house was only a few minutes away to the downtown sites, with easy access to the freeway.

Listing was completely accurate and perfect!

Definitely enjoyed the stay. My dogs loved the fenced in yard. Location was ideal and it had that "at home" feeling to it. I'd definitely stay there again and again and again!

Perrfect House close to downtown

We enjoyed staying at La Casita de San Antonio. Check-in was flawless, house was clean. We loved the decor and the backyard. This is a perfect house to stay in. Eateries and stores are close by. Downtown was easy to get to as well. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was truly magical. We had such a pleasant stay. We were there for our older son’s BMT graduation. He enjoyed coming back to the house and relaxing. We will be back when he graduates Tech. School. Thank you for a great stay!!

Great place for a getaway

We enjoyed this gem. The theme is vibrant and fun, amenities are great, location is convenient. The host went above and beyond to make us feel like we were hosted, not just staying at an available property. One of the most memorable places that I have stayed with Vrbo.

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita. Everything we wanted to see/do was within 6-20 Min from the house. We liked all the cute decorations around the house. My husband loved the hot tub. We definitely recommend the property, and would stay there again.

Loved it!

Felt like we were part of an old Spanish style neighborhood, quiet, neighbors waved. We felt welcomed with cheerful music on in the home and a lovely welcome sign. Close to everything we came to see for our short visit. Loved it!

World class host with a flair for decorating.

We had a blast during our stay. The host is as good as anyone would hope for. Communication is quick and effective. The house is adorable and exciting. The decor screams San Antonio. Easy access to the city.

The host is one of the absolute best and most accommodating hosts I have ever had the pleasure staying with. Very impressed with the level of communication and flexibility. So many activities and thoughtful amenities. Even a first aid kit! Wow!

Home Away From Home

At first we thought the neighborhood was a little sketchy (we got there at night) but realized it was just a much older neighborhood, close to downtown. It was quiet at night. We loved the fenced in yard, just wish the 2 gate entrances and the car gate would have locked. We fixed that by zip tying the 2 gates and the car gate at night. We loved the spa and TV. Very relaxing. The house was very homey and it was a plus that our dogs came too. There are several great eateries; The Hut Diner, Chris Madrid's and a great taco place literally 3 min from the house. The refrigerator did go out but Dena replaced it that evening. A little inconvenience but it was corrected as quickly as possible. Overall it was a great stay and Dena was a fantastic host. I would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable Home, Great Location

The Casa de San Antonio was perfect for us! The location is close to the Riverwalk, centrally located to many other attractions and restaurants. Off street covered/gated parking is a plus. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and decorated charmingly. The king bed is extra comfortable. The Casa is well stocked with many, many extras. Our fur babies enjoyed the fenced yard. We loved the Casa and will definitely return again. Thank you Dena for being a wonderful host!

Charming and Comfortable Home

Absolutely wonderful stay at the casita. The home is beautiful with historical details along with all the modern amenities. I have a list of items I want to add to our own home from ceiling fans to pillows and a bean bag chair one furry pup adored. This home away from home has it all. The master bedroom bed is so comfortable I eagerly went to bed and dreaded getting up in the morning. Yet, the aroma of coffee brewing in the kitchen drew me in. The kitchen is so well laid out and has all the items needed to make a stay easy. We appreciated all the small touches from Alexa for music to smart tvs for our viewing pleasure. A stay here is well worth a trip to San Antonio on its own. The Alamo and River Walk are cool too.

The house is very clean and has so much personality, and the neighborhood is cute and conveniently located. It worked out perfectly for our 5-day trip. And the host communicated well and seemed to anticipate all of our needs. Very comfortable and welcoming.

What a great home

This house was perfect with his funky decor and very quiet neighborhood on a corner lot. Within 10 minutes of the Alamo and the Riverwalk. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
