"Requested parking but no ticket was left in lock box. Spoke to someone on phone whom I could barely understand. Ended up paying $33 instead of $15 for parking. Have to request if you want the 3rd queen bed set up which is not stated anywhere on booking site. According to the email I received back when I complained you have to request the extra bed and linen which is charged on the guidebook form but I rechecked the form and there is nowhere to request this. "The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with the kids each having their own room. The apartment could easily sleep more! Great location right in the heart of Adelaide opposite Rundle st mall, with the free bus out the front, tram 100m and shops all around. Taxi rank is nearby too! The apartment has plenty of bedding and an abundance of kitchen appliances/ utensils etc. it was lovely to also have toilet paper, washing liquid and tea/coffee/sugar! "Overall fabulous venue, pictures are true representation of the property and beds and lounge area were very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with a nice touch having cotton buds, toothpicks in the bathroom. Only minor challenge was working out how to park on street to then access the fobs at property’s entrance for the car park and apartment, but once in everything was spot on.
