Accommodation and location perfect communication was great. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend to all. Beds were absolutely spot on comfortable, bath towels big and super soft. Loved our little surprise hamper on arrival.

Beautiful house with everything needed. Perfect location - easy access to shops, the beach, transport, and parks. Lots of toys and games for the children. Tranquil spaces for the adults. Couldn’t have better!

Great retreat.

We were not disappointed at all. Dog friendly, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Great outdoor area where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The swim spa was a bonus when you didn't go out and just wanted to relax. Comfortable beds, kitchen with everything, just perfect. Next time we come to Adelaide, we'll be back here.

Everything about this booking was 5-Star!

This was the easiest holiday booking, we applied, and were accepted very promptly. The communication prior, during and on checkout was wonderful and supportive. Overall we enjoyed our stay at semaphore seabreeze. It was quick and easy to stroll to the beach, and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday boasting comfy beds, bbq, massive spa and kitchen. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Mike and Gillian.

Excellent location, Mike and Gillian were very helpfull, they provided an unexpected goodies basket which we all thoroughly enjoyed, especially the wine and the tim tams. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was of a high standard. Fantastic stay at Sea Breeze

We had the best stay at Sea Breeze. Our hosts were so friendly and could not have been more helpful - they even put out a Christmas tree for the kids to decorate on our arrival which was a lovely touch! The kids absolutely loved the swim spa and the house itself was beautiful. Thank you so much!

Gillian & Mike are fabulous hosts, the process was effortless from beginning to end, when we were all reluctant to leave, but excited to return again in 2024. Perfection for families and pets

Great location- close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets. Lovely spacious home with toys galore, cubby yourself, secure outdoor area and giant hot tub! My toddler and dog could have spent the whole holiday at home! The hosts are attentive but not intrusive. A perfect stay.

Location, Location!

This beautiful house makes you feel at home. Its conveniently located near supermarkets, coffee shops and beaches are nearby too. Fully furnished with all necessary amenities and appliances. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless and spacious, equipped with everything you might need. Outdoor seating was nice and comfortable with an amazing hot tub/plunge pool. Gillian was very responsive and is a superb host. All in all, a wonderful place that I'll highly recommend to others.

Wonderful stay

The house is perfect for a family holiday. Our 2 year old granddaughter had plenty to keep her occupied inside and out. Really well equipped for children of all ages. The dog was safe in the back yard and settled really well. Easy to get into Semaphore and get the train into the centre of Adelaide. The pool was a great bonus and we’ll used. We did cook but also took full advantage of a good range of restaurants and cafes In walking distance. Highly recommended and looking forward to coming back again.

Semaphore Sea Breeze is a beautifully presented and extremely well appointed holiday property. There were plenty of bedrooms (and beds) for our group to choose from, the luxury of 2 full bathrooms and a very comfortable and considered lounge area. The beautiful building has been updated with superb triple glaze windows helping keep the entire house lovely and cool across the week of hot weather we had (a heating and cooling system is also available but we didn't need it the house was so lovely) The swim spa was brilliant and it was used every day as was the outdoor alfresco area. The kitchen has just about everything you could think you need and the popcorn machine was an absolute hit with the kids! Gill and Mike are loveliest of hosts and we plan to re-book this property for our next Adelaide trip. Highly recommend Semaphore Sea Breeze!
