Beautiful charming property and hosts ( including Bonnie the dog) Room has all required amenities but the bonus is the back yard with a gorgeous garden and pool/spa. Cooked breakfast was just right and served with friendly conversation by the host Sue. We could go back any season of the year and feel warmly invited.

Sue is a wonderful host. She provides more than a gettaway. More like a little home away from home with beautiful little home made touches. We came in late Autumn and enjoyed the displays of her Autumnal garden and views from the guest area windows. A delight! Thanks Sue!

Sue is an extremely welcoming host. Provides everything you could need and very responsive beforehand.The place is lovely, including the refreshing small pool. Good breakfast including homemade fig and ginger jam!Location also very good - you can walk into town through the lovely Botanic Gardens.

Excellent experience all round! Lovely accommodation, great breakfasts and very friendly host who couldn’t do enough for us. Let’s not forget Bonnie our ‘dog host’! Overall a fantastic few days. Definitely recommend!

Incredible B & B

Felt like home, so warm & comfortable. The accommodations were fabulous, but, the best was Sue our incredible Host & her partner, “Bonnie”, a 3-yr. old Labrador. Don’t miss staying at this amazing B & B!

Gastgeberin Sue war unglaublich nett und hilfreich: Wir hatten das Gefühl, von einer Freundin im.Empfang genommen zu werden. Es waren für uns die besten vier Tage unserer Australien-Reise.Das Frühstück - inklusive Wahlmöglichkeit - war wirklich klasse - reichlich und lecker.Gartenanlage und Pool standen uns zur Verfügung, es war wirklich eine Oase. Busverbindung in die Stadt war super. Sues Hund ist sehr freundlich und hat sich über uns Gäste gefreut.

Sue is a lovely and generous host, who made sure we had everything we needed from breakfast (she accommodated glutenfree, veggie and vegan options) to pool access and bikes. We really enjoyed our swims and leisurely mornings in the lucious garden, having a chat with the host and listening to abundant bird song. Bus around the corner takes you to Rundle Street in 10 minutes, which is really convenient. Sue is very friendly and her dog Bonnie is a sweetie. Anyone who stays here will have a lovely time!

Perfect accommodation

Loved our stay in Adelaide. Would recommend this accommodation with Sue as the host. She is so warm and friendly and provides a beautiful breakfast. Perfect!!

The property was in a lovely historic area of a traditional style within easy walking distance of the Botanic Gardens, Museums and city centre. The host was amazing and extremely helpful.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Sue was a very gracious and helpful hostess. She went out of her way to help us and treated us like extended family , she was lovely! Her accommodation was very comfortable and the breakfast she provided was excellent .We would recommend her accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Adelaide.

We would like to thank Sue for being a wonderful host, not only producing excellent breakfasts each morning but being thoughtful and helping us when required. She drove Steve to the Adelaide Oval to save him from walking in the extraordinary heat and collected him with a refreshing cold beer after a stressful days play (from an England perspective!). Thank you Sue for welcoming us to your wonderful home and City.

Perfect hideaway

This B & B was perfect for our stay. Sue is a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. The garden and pool area are well loved and cared for and Bonnie her Labrador was very friendly. We will return if we visit Adelaide again. Thank you.

Truly wonderful B&B with sweetest Host

Sue made sure all of our possible needs were met before we even got there, arranging for our tours and recommending restaurants. Beautiful backyard with pool and outside dining area but it was winter so we ate in the warmth of Sue’s kitchen. Close to everything and we walked to many places.

Garden retreat close to the city

A supremely quiet and relaxing refuge in a beautifully landscaped private garden close to the River Torrens Linear Trail providing wonderful walking, jogging and cycling opportunities and easy access to the University of Adelaide. Sue is the kindest, most gracious and generous of hosts. I cannot recommend her B&B warmly enough.
