Clair de Lune—Immersive Nature Retreat with Pool

Set amongst rolling hills and native bushland, this spacious three-level home has been designed for gathering, relaxing, and making the most of its surroundings. Nearly every room captures views across the private valley and surrounding paddocks, home to a friendly alpaca, goats and sheep. Safely enclosed in their own paddock, they`re happy to greet curious guests and can be fed pellets or veggies during your stay.

The expansive ground floor brings everyone together. The well-equipped kitchen offers premium appliances, a spacious island for meal preparation, and everything needed for shared cooking, while the long dining table invites lingering dinners together. Afterwards, settle into the inviting living area, where a fireplace and grand piano create a warm setting for relaxed evenings together. This level also includes a queen bedroom with direct garden access, two full bathrooms, and convenient laundry facilities.

Upstairs, a second lounge offers another inviting place to unwind alongside a TV, mini library, and Pilates reformer. The primary king bedroom includes an elegant ensuite with a deep soaking bath, double shower, and dual vanity. Two additional bedrooms provide queen beds, built-in storage, ceiling fans, and dedicated workspaces, while another bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A beautifully appointed family bathroom features a bathtub, walk-in shower, and twin vanities. On the top level, the loft retreat creates a peaceful hideaway with a king bed, lounge area, workspace, bean bag seating, and elevated views across the surrounding landscape. Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home ensures year-round comfort.

Outside, the grounds have been designed for every style of gathering, with a swimming pool, covered pavilion complete with a Weber BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven and outdoor fireplace, plus a firepit for evenings under the stars. Children will love the cubby house and swings, while the basketball court, bocce court and table tennis table promise hours of friendly competition for all ages. Wander through the veggie patch, or escape to a timber deck overlooking the nearby pond, where you can enjoy a serene moment amongst the trees.

Please note that the fortress in the children`s play area, the shed behind the basketball court and trampoline, the spit roast area, and the Ironheart wood stove beside the dining area are strictly not for use. When driving down the driveway, please take care as there is a steep drop-off on the right-hand side. There is also a pond nearby that is not for swimming and should be off-limits, especially for children.

Guests bring their own basketball and table tennis equipment.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
