    Bobby’s Beachside Bungalow is a spacious coastal escape just moments from Grange Beach. Perfect for families or groups, this bungalow has classic charm with ample space, featuring 3 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of room to relax. Whether unwinding after a day in the sun or exploring the nearby coastline, Bobby’s offers the ideal setting for your beachside retreat.



    The Space:

    Welcome to Bobby’s Beachside Bungalow – a large, breezy coastal getaway that exudes the charm of a bygone era. Grandpa Bobby’s stories are etched in the high ceilings, wide hallway, and original wooden floorboards, with the 90s kitchen and bathroom updates adding a dash of more modern conveniences. Though Bobby’s old-school, he's had a recent refresh of paint throughout, and has got everything you need for a relaxing break, just moments from Grange Beach and with a handful of local eateries, gift shops and coffee places directly across the road.



    The heart of Bobby’s is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for meal prep after a day spent exploring the coastline. Step through the French doors into the garden, where outdoor seating awaits. The wall-mounted AC keeps things cool in the kitchen/dining area, while ducted air-conditioning throughout the rest of the house, including the bedrooms, ensures your comfort.



    Sink into the cosy living area with comfy seating, perfect for unwinding and watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Free WiFi is also provided.



    The 3 generously sized bedrooms feature new queen-sized beds for a restful night’s sleep. The main ensuite bathroom, complete with a triangle-shaped spa bath and separate shower, gives you plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The second bathroom is equipped with a full shower for convenience.



    Need extra space? Bobby’s got you covered with two leather click-clack futons in the living room, ideal for children or the occasional extra guest. An additional fee applies for futon bedding, which includes a topper, quilt, pillows and sheets. As these beds double a lounges, we do not make them up for your stay, but instead provided access to the folded bedding for guests to setup when ready.



    Families, or those here for sport, will appreciate the full laundry with washer and dryer, making long stays even more convenient.



    Please note, due to the property’s proximity to Grange Road and a busy roundabout, there may be some road noise at times. If you’re sensitive to noise, please consider this when booking.

    Guest Access:

    Guests will have exclusive access to the entire bungalow, with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. There is off-street parking for 2-3 small- Medium and 1-2 large car. 2 cars in the carport, and one more car at the side of the carport on the pavers, so no need to worry about finding a spot. The house is self-check-in via a secure lockbox.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located just a short stroll from the iconic Grange Beach, Bobby’s Beachside Bungalow offers easy access to all of Grange's offerings, without being directly in the bustle. Across the road, you’ll find a delightful array of local shops, including a casual fish and chips spot, a cosy coffee and brunch café, NNQ Asian Cuisine and unique gift shops, and even a beauty and tanning salon for a little self-care while on holiday.



    The Grange Jetty Café and Grange Hotel that has a drive through Bottle Shop is nearby, you're only a quick drive to Henley Beach and Glenelg, where you can dive into even more dining, shopping, and coastal fun. The area is peaceful but full of life – with charming cafes, boutique shops, and plenty of parks to explore.



    Grange is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, offering direct access to the city. From there, you can easily explore top attractions such as the Casino, Adelaide Stadium (home to football, cricket, concerts), and the Adelaide International Tennis. Additionally, a bus stop is just 5 minutes away on foot, providing direct service to Westfield Shopping Centre at West Lakes, perfect for dining, shopping, or catching a movie at the cinema. If you're traveling with children, be sure to check out 'Little Rockets Play Cafe' across from the shopping centre—an ideal spot for little ones to play and have fun!



    While Grange is loved for its charm and beach vibes, this property is located on a corner and roundabout. This might mean some street noise, especially during peak traffic times, so if you're sensative to noice, please keep this in mind. That said, you’ll be rewarded with great access to the beach and the best of Adelaide’s southern suburbs.



    Getting Around:

    Grange is a walker's paradise, with the beach just a short 1-2-minute stroll away. But if you’d rather not walk, you can hop on the local bus or head to the Grange train station, just a quick drive away for easy access into Adelaide CBD (about 20 minutes/ 10KM distance). You’ll also have convenient access to Henley Beach and Glenelg for more shopping, dining, and fun-filled days at the beach.



    For the more adventurous, you’re just 30 minutes away from the beautiful McLaren Vale wine region, and Semaphore beach is just around the corner for a day of sun and sand.



    Other Things to Note:

    The ease of entering or exiting the driveway can vary depending on the time of day and traffic flow. There is no parking on street directly alongside the property, however there is some street parking available further down or across the road.



    We supply enough toilet rolls and other general consumables for an average length stay, however for longer stays, and depending on your usage, guests may need to purchase more during their stay.



    Small House-trained dogs are welcome by request, and an additional pet stay fee applies. Your furry friends are part of the adventure, and we're here to accommodate their needs too. The property is fully fenced, with the lowest fence height being 124cm. Please note, guests must clean up after their dogs (or additional cleaning fees will apply), dogs are not allowed on soft furnishings or beds, and are not to be left unmonitored inside or outside the property for extended periods of time. Please also refrain from allowing dogs into the bedrooms or lounge room, where there are rugs.



    We do ask that guests staying during the week assist with placing the bins on the front footpath of the property by 6pm the day before bin day (Tuesdays) and then bring them back in after they are emptied. Please note, in the event the bins are not put out or returned, the owners may access the carport/side of the house to retrieve or return the bins to help ensure that rubbish is maintained.



    For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur
