The Adelaide Hills with many fine wineries is 25 minutes drive, therefore the property is so conveniently located with the best of the city, beaches, wineries and wildlife so many things to enjoy.

    There is a FREE connector bus service which runs between city, markets, museum, zoo, Calvary Hospital, Women's and Children's Hospital and North Adelaide and is a perfect way to get around if you do not have a vehicle during your stay.

    Full laundry facilities (including a washing machine and clothes dryer) are provided.

    The townhouse has the convenience of secure off-street parking to ensure your vehicle is safe whilst you stay. Alternatively the property is only a 20 minute drive from the Airport if you choose to fly.

    Movies, books and board games available in property for some great nights in. Cot and highchair can be made available for the little ones. There is tourism information in the property showcasing all the wonderful things there is to do whilst you are in Adelaide.

So if you want to come to Adelaide to see a show, watch a game of football at Adelaide Oval, tennis at Memorial Drive, museum, art galleries etc or work in the city and enjoy the parkland environment, short distance to wineries, wildlife, beaches, then this is the place for you.

    Adelaide Oval, Memorial Drive and the North Adelaide Aquatic Centre are within walking distance of the property.

    The property has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds and 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Fresh clean ironed sheets on all beds to ensure a comfortable night sleep.

    There are 2 separate bathrooms. En-suite has lovely double shower, double basins and deep bath to enjoy a wonderful relaxing bubble bath or soak.

    Enjoy the tree lined view from your own private balcony from the main spacious bedroom.

    There is an additional toilet and hand basin downstairs.

    There is a cot and highchair available for the little ones.

    Full laundry facilities (including a washing machine and clothes dryer) are provided, really helpful whilst on your holiday/business trip, long term stay maybe due to relocation.

Tynte St is the perfect location to stay in Adelaide- great cafes and restaurants, free bus to arts precinct/ city, short walk to fabulous new aquatic centre. Host had great recommendations for Kentish Hotel, Baroque Concert Hall and many more.Despite AWW being cancelled, we had a great time and more we wanted to do than we had time for .....Thanks to Julie our Stayz host

Womadelaide getaway

We stayed for the duration of Womadelaide and this house was perfect - from Julie’s welcome at the door, full of knowledge and advice on where to go, to being in walking distance of womad. And the 24-hr pie shop was a real bonus - especially their vegan selection.

Fantastic Location

This was our first stay in Adelaide and the host, Julie, made us feel very welcome including unexpected gifts for the entire family upon arrival. The accommodation was clean, well presented and comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to the city, Adelaide Oval, aquatic centre, cinema and all the restaurants, cafes and pubs on O’Connell St. Thank you Julie for making our stay a memorable one.

The property is in a generally quiet street in North Adelaide and is clean, well maintained and well equipped, and comes with off street parking. All dealings with the host were responded to quickly and helpfully. It is very close to a range of restaurants shops and a couple of supermarkets, and although there are public transport options, it is possible to walk into the city in about 20-25 minutes which can take you through some delightful parks. For me the only downside is the fact it is under the main flight path either into or out of the airport and the planes are low enough to have there wheels out!

Very enjoyable overall

We enjoyed our stay, and the apartment is comfortable and ideally located in beautiful North Adelaide with many facilities and attractions on the doorstep or within easy walking distance or via the free bus service. We really appreciated the personal touches such as meeting Julie soon after arrival, the colourful Christmas tree with lights and the thoughtful gifts of local produce. Also we were very pleased and relieved at the prompt attention to removing the TV unit’s door that had shattered unexpectedly. Some other issues have since been discussed and resolved with Julie.

Great for families

The property is as described and shown in photos. Internet connectivity was very good, as was mobile phone coverage. Excellent location; close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to Adelaide Oval, Botanic Park and Gardens, and CBD. There are electric scooters (Beam and Neuron) everywhere, so it's easy to get around on foot; no need for a car. Julie is extremely accommodating. Would gladly choose the property again next time in Adelaide.

Few issues

Not enough toilet paper, bedrooms need a full length mirror, there was no mop, needed to be a chucks for the kitchen, face of cupboards were dirty. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. Would definitely come again. Julie was a delight to meet and very helpful.

Great home in perfect location.

It was a pleasure staying in this property. The house is nice and big, very clean and well equiped. Location is amazing, close to parks, pubs, great cafes, the free city bus and a supermarket. We had a great time with our little boy and a couple of friends. Would highly recommend and stay again. Thank you

Perfect location & perfect accommodation

Tynte street is just a perfect location and this property was even more perfect! We had 5 adults, we were not on top of each other with plenty of lounge space and 2 bathrooms just added to the easiness of it all. Julie the owner was just gorgeous to deal with, prior & post our stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you again :)

Roomy townhouse in lovely area

Our group of 5 friends stayed for 3 nights at this townhouse. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The area is great being walking distance to the city and all the restaurants and shops of North Adelaide. The property was very clean and well presented.

Comfortable Apartment and convenient location

We enjoyed our family time staying at this apartment. It is in a great central location close to all amenities. Julie, our host, was very helpful in accommodating our family and ensuring that she was on call for any extra information or queries that we had at anytime. We stayed with four adults and our little grandchild and found the layout of the apartment worked well. It was comfortable, spacious and had all the appliances and comfort of home. Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property And the host Julie was very helpful and easy to deal with. This is a very centrally located property in North Adelaide and easy to get around.
