"Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered.
The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds.
However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The property is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but in reality it has...

"Muy buena ubicación, bonito departamento, pero el wc estaba sucio sin bajarle, unas sábanas con cabellos y no tenía amenidades indispensables cómo shampoo y suficiente papel del baño para solo dos noches.
El car Park sugerido costaba más de 100 libras por dos noches, sugerimos el Q Park, misma distancia y mitad de precio"

"A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again."

"The property is on the ground floor with about 3 steps to the door itself, check in was a breeze with a lockbox and codes provided for entry into the building. The flat is located 5-7mins from The centre of York and the taxis into the centre are all reasonably priced. The flat was clean and tidy and even had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa to save a walk to the shops. Parking is directly outside the flat with no issues to find a space.
Only niggle on a great stay was the doors having a life...

"This was an outstanding stay! Very comfortable. They had everything you could want/need in a short term rental. I was able to fix several meals in the kitchen with ease. The only hiccup was that the place hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants when we arrived. It was an oversight that was quickly remedied with the cleaning crew arriving soon after we communicated the problem. The host was easy to reach and apologetic. Even with this minor inconvenience, I would definitely recommend this...

"I love this place. I’m a repeated guest. It provides everything you need to cook, wash clothes and sleep well. 2 request is to get a bigger standing fan. & change frying pans regularly as it was scratched up and was smelling bad chemically. I learned later they provide a replacement once you ask. They were responsive and I was grateful but pls pls provide a big fan. It got so hot one day like 33c and I was cooking !"

"Had a lovely stay in the Centre of York . My Wife loved the room with the Bath & floral decorations!
The Room was very clean.
As expected a little noisy on the saturday night, being right in the middle of the High st. Easy to check in with keysafe.
Only things to be aware of is ,there is parking recommended beforehand, however we were not told that we had to pre book parking, which meant we were trying to find a parking space forever & were losing the Will !!
A couple of minor things were...

"In general we enjoyed our stay in the Aparthotel. It is well located, and despite the hot day, the room was a comfortable temperature, with a fan provided. The one disappointment was that at 02.05 the fire alarm started to go off and this was not rectified until 03.00. Reading other comments, this seems to be quite a common occurrence at the hotel. A real shame as we had to leave the hotel at 0600 to go to the airport, so our stay was badly disrupted.
I would be willing to give the hotel another...
