"I didn' t like the rude staff, specially that girl called sam, we contacted the property to have our family room ready and she was so rude with us"

"A step-back-in-time and off-the-beaten-path small hotel with all the quintessential character, charm, and quality service you could hope for. The cooked-to-order breakfast was included in our stay and very tasty. Comfortable bed and great shower. This place is truly memorable in every way."

"Bien. Buen location. Hotel muy venido abajo"

"No nos gustó. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, mal ventiladas. Personal amable, eso sí. No fue una buena elección"

"El Personal muy amable El servicio muy correcto. Es recomendable "

"Delightful. The hostess goes out of her way to assist walkers. Little things, like putting transferred luggage into guests’ rooms, mean such a lot at the end of a long day’s walking. Delicious scones on arrival and very nice breakfast. Lots of tips for the West Highland Way."

"Es un alojamiento para estar una noche. El personal muy amable y simpático, pero impacta un poco que la recepción sea la barra del bar. La habitación era como la foto, pero entrabas y no tenía sensación de limpio. El baño ni lo usamos."

"Ended up not being able to visit and they refused to refund any of the money, even though they had a weak notice that we were not going to be able to attend. Horrible people to deal with extremely rude. Do not recommend."

It was the cheapest option we found, as our goal was hiking, and we just needed a place to sleep. However, several issues made our stay mediocre to poor. Firstly, we booked through Expedia, but upon arrival, they didn’t have our reservation or any record of it. Two staff members, one at the bar and a waitress, couldn’t handle the situation and...

"My wife and I had a lovely one-night B&B stay at Trossachs Barn & Cabin. The cabin provided a charming and peaceful setting, making it a delightful place for a short break. The breakfast was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. Our host, Tony, was very friendly and helpful, offering lots of useful information about the local area and places to visit. His warm welcome and local knowledge added greatly to the enjoyment of our visit. An added bonus for guests staying in the cabin is access...

"Rooms were nice and clean with a nice feel of new and old bits and pieces which we liked. Staff (Calum) family run hotel was lovely very helpful on any knowledge about Callander what to do and see and always had time for a blether. Breakfast was lovely and tasty both mornings, nothing was a problem and went that extra mile to make the stay a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. 3 Adults in adjoining rooms."
